Of particular note are letters from 1929 to 1933 from the Irish playwright St. John Greer Ervine [“founding father of modern Northern Irish drama”] (Folders 2 and 3) some of them referring to the preparation and publication of one of his books. All the letters, newspaper clippings, and photographs were inserted between pages within a large black address book.
