Mechanical Optical Switch Modules
To meet demand for increased optical switching capacity in a
small footprint, Hitachi Metals has developed a new breed of
mechanical optical switch modules. Based on cascaded, highly
reliable MS Series optical switches, MS Series modules offer
greater port counts than basic switches. MS Series modules
integrate optical switching, circuit driving and position
monitoring
functions in a single package.
Available in 1x4 and 1x8 confi gurations, MS Series switch
modules
are ideal for optical performance module and optical test
setups.
