    See all controls for operating and driving machine in rail mode from the cab. Telescopic arm to be returned to stowed position where reasonably practicable. All movements must be made at walking pace within worksites. Safety harnesses must be worn when the guard rail has been moved. During high winds use hand-held or fixed anemometers prior to using platform Platform must not be used in winds speeds greater than 12.5m/s / 28mph. No equipment which could increase wind loading on the basket to be used in moderate or stronger winds. No access or work to take place under or around the platform area. Any access ladder for the platform must be in place prior to moving the platform No equipment is to be used to increase the working height or reach of the platform
