Mounting your MyWindFit Meter The MyWindFit Kit and Plus products include two mounting accessories, a universal bicycle mount and an armband
mount. Each mounting type securly fastens the Meter and allows it to be adjusted to ensure optimal performance.

1. Determine desired mounting position

2. Adjust the position of the Meter mount
IMPORTANT – Do not over-tighten. Finger tight only

3. Secure the mount to the bicycle
IMPORTANT – When mounting on the bicyle forks, make sure the rubberized
section is fulley contacting the fork to ensure maximum security.

4. Install Meter and make final adjustments, see Adjusting Position of Meter below

Adjusting the position of the meter
To ensure the MyWindFit meter measures the full wind speed, it must be positioned

Troubleshooting
Symptom Possible Solutions Bicycle mount is not staying secure
to the bike
1. Verify that the rubber pad is fully contacting the bike 2. Install additional rubber pad shipped with the mount. 3. Pull the zip strap tighter
The zip strap is not staying secure 1. Press the zip strap latch tab down (when strap is removed) 2. Add zip ties as necessary.
I trimmed the zip strap too short
1. Use electrical zip ties to secure the mount

Armband Mount
1. Assemble armband
IMPORTANT – Do not over-tighten. Finger tight only.
Make sure the silver attachment nut is facing the velcro buckle

2. Install MyWindFit Meter
IMPORTANT – Do not over-tighten. Finger tight only
3. Place armband mount on your arm (left or right), position the band either below or above your bicep, close to
your elbow or shoulder.

4. Wrap armband around your arm and secure Velcro
5. Insert Velcro strap through the plastic loop and tighten

6. If necessary, make final adjustments. The Meter should be facing directly forward and straight up and down. The
armband mount will rotate 360 degrees and lock in-place.

Troubleshooting
Symptom Possible Solutions
The arm band slips down when I train
1. Ensure the silver attachment nut is facing forward 2. Ensure both Velcro straps are snug 3. Position the strap above or below your bicep
The Meter rotates back and forth when I
train
1. The 360 degree mount is not locked in-place, push the tab to
lock
