Introduction

Afterdecadesofresearch intothesubjectand innumerabledebatesanddiscussions I thought it was beneficial to write these books so thatothersmaybeable toreceiveataglancewhathas takenmedecadesofexploration.Inthefollowingpages,Iwilluncoverthebrittlefoundationsof the materialistic position and show why it fails as an argumentagainst the existence of God, and why it fails on its own merits as aphilosophy.

When I use the wordmaterialism in this book, I use it in a colloquialsense for Metaphysical Naturalism, also known as OntologicalNaturalism.IusethewordMaterialismasablanketdescriptionbecauseit'sawordthat isunderstoodatthestreet levelbymostpeopleandhasbeen in currency for some time.Thenaturalistic/materialistic assertionthat the universe is a closed system of cause and effect that can beexplainedbypurelynaturalistic causes andprocesseswithout referenceto a Creator is the unfounded nonsense that I'm going after in thesebooks.

Wisermenhavelookedintothenaturalisticpropositionandhavefounditwanting.OnesuchmanbythenameofAlbertEinsteinhadthistosay,"Everyone who is seriously involved in the pursuit of science becomesconvinced that a spirit is manifest in the laws of the Universe-a spiritvastlysuperiortothatofman,andoneinthefaceofwhichwewithourmodestpowersmustfeelhumble."―AlbertEinstein

Thewordsof theoreticalphysicist,MichioKakualso leadusaway fromthedogmaofmaterialisticconclusions,"Ihaveconcludedthatweareinaworldmade by rules created by an intelligence. Believeme, everythingthatwe call chance todaywon'tmake sense anymore. Tome it is clearthat we exist in a plan which is governed by rules that were created,shapedbyauniversalintelligenceandnotbychance."

To date, after researching the arguments for and against the existenceof God — for what seems like forever — I can honestly say that thearguments against the existence of God aremiserably and fantasticallybankrupt.Moreover,thealternativetoGodwithregardtoaccountingforthe universe and life — is nothing more than a bogus and fraudulententerprisethatisbuiltuponthefoundationandedificeofanideologicalfaith-basedfantasticalstorythathaszeroevidenceforit.

Overthedecadesinmydiscussionsanddebates,I'vecometorealizethatover90%ofallthosethatproudlyclaimtobematerialistknowverylittleabout it.Forthem,it'smerelyutilizedandemployedasanexcusetodotheir own thing and justify their own rebellion against their Creator,therefore,my task in thesebooks is easy, I simplyneed topoint to theGIANT elephant in the materialistic room. From a young age, when

I encountered people that did not believe in God I encountered aphenomenon entirely foreign to my experience — my own world. Itbecamequicklyapparent tomethatmynon-believing friendswerealsoreferringtotheirownexperiences—orthelackthereof—whenitcameto theirownbeliefs. Inshort, theyweresimplybearingwitness to theirexperiences,totheirownlackoftheexperienceofGod.UponquestioningthemforthereasonsandjustificationsfortheirrejectionofGodIbeganto see the shallowness that grounded their rejection of God. Nopersuasive argumentswereput forwardby them—no good argumentsagainst the existence ofGod, theyweremerely unbelievers by virtue ofthelackoftheexperienceofGodintheirownlives,andIwasabelieverbyvirtueoftheexperienceofGodinmine.

ThefactisthatmanyofthosewhoSHOUTshowmeGodtheloudestareall toooftentheverysameonesthatdon'twantGodintheir lives; theydon't want God meddling with their affairs. In short, the person thatwants to rule on the throne of his own sovereignty has an investedinterestinrejectingGod.MotiveisthefirstinaseriesofsevenbooksthatI have written. Each book is designed to decimate the credibility ofatheism.Imakenoapologiesforthis.

Inthisseven-partseriesofbooks,beginningwiththefirstbook,'Motive:Uncovering the Primal Rebellion in Atheism', I will address thematerialisticworldviewthatiscommonplaceinourcontemporarysocietytoday.Inthefirstbook,I'lluncoverthesinisteranddemonicinfluencesbehindtheatheisticenterpriseandrevealwhatisdrivingthemovement.I'llalsorevealwhatreallymotivatesapersontoembraceamaterialisticworldview and expose the dark historical fruits of atheism and explorewhat the enterprise of disbelief has contributed to the advancement ofcivilization. In these books, I'll expose the fundamental flaws in thematerialisticstoryandshowwhymaterialismfails.Ifyou'regameandareeven remotely interested in truth then proceed, if not then I highlyrecommendthatyoudon'treadthesebooks.

ChapterOne:MotivatingFactors

There are powerful motivating factors underpinning the enterprise ofdisbelief,therearebenefitsinadoptingamaterialisticworldview,infact,these benefits are so powerful that they provide a conscious andsubconscious impulse to reject God. The truth be told, many that aredrivenbyadesireforpleasurewithnoregardtoconscienceormoralitydevelopa curiouspathologicalanimosity towards the light, so to speak.Thepathologicallinkiswellestablished,andtheevidenceisnotinshortsupply (which I provide in these books). Over two thousand years agoanotherwisemanalsopointedthisout,

"And this is the condemnation, the light has come into the world, butpeoplelovedthedarknessmorethanthelightbecausetheiractionswereevilandwillnotcometothelightlesttheiractionsareexposed."–Jesus,John3:19-20

Thetruthis,manycannotfindGodbecausethey'renotactuallylooking.Seeking God and the exaltation of one's own self-will are totallyincompatiblepathways,norocket sciencehere.Thepersonwho is trulyseekingGodacceptshisowndeath–deathtohisownprideanddeathtohis own insincerity andduplicitous intentions.Those that are insincerewillneverfindGodbecauseGodwillnothonourdishonesty,norwillheentertainhumanpride.But thosewhosincerely seekwill find— that isGod'sguarantee.

There issomethingworkingwithineachoneofus thatbearswitness towhoandwhatweare.BecausewearecreatedbyGodthewitnessandsealofGod–theSensusDivinitatis–iswithinusandtherefore,anyattemptbythematerialisttoexorcisehimorherselffromthiswitnesswillprove

ultimately futile. Of course, such an exorcism is impossible, thereforetheybecomeinsane,obsessedanddelusionalintheattempttoeradicatethis divine witness. The continual reference to a Being that apparentlydoesnot exist ismanifest evidence of their illness, and the groups thatthey gather in – the flock of the unbelieving – is merely an extraprecaution to reinforce their protection against the divine witness thatcontinuallyhauntsthem.

JamesSpiegel inhis book,TheMaking of anAtheist, points to variousunderlyingfactorsthatmakeatheismhighlydesirable.Inresearchingthelives of many famous atheists, he was able to identify a pattern andthread.Inamomentofrealization,Spiegelwrote,

"Could itbe that theiropposition to religious faithhasmore todowiththewill thanwith reason?What if, in theend, evidencehas little todowithhowatheistsarriveat theiranti-faith?Perhapsweshouldconsiderthe possibility that skeptical objections are the atheists' façade, ascholarlyveneermaskingtherealcausesoftheirunbeliefcausesthataremoral and psychological in nature." (James Spiegel, TheMaking of anAtheist:HowImmoralityLeadstoUnbelief,Page:11)

Frommyown research and after decades of discussionswith atheists Ialso came to realize that atheistic arguments are — in most part —nothing more than a cover masking their moral rebellion. The apostlePaul, in thebookofRomans,pointedout that the issue isnota lackofevidencebutratherthesuppressionofconscienceinthepursuitofone'sself-will and desires and therefore a powerfulmotivating factor for therejectionofGodisidentified.

"ForthewrathofGodisrevealedfromheavenagainstallungodlinessandunrighteousness of men, who by their unrighteousness suppress thetruth.ForwhatcanbeknownaboutGod isplain to them,becauseGodhasshownittothem."—Romans1:18-19

In a culture of ever-increasing debauchery, hedonism and self-gratification we should expect the Spirit of Christ to be rejected. TheSpirit of Christianity is always going to be opposed in the soul thatchoosesself-enthronementoverGod.Asecularmaterialisticsocietyisthe

reflectionofthatsoul.

Englishwriter, novelist and philosopher, AldousHuxley once said thatthedesire to justifyone's immoralsexualpracticeshasmotivatedmanyscholars to embrace cultural relativism and religious skepticism.Moreover,historicalstudiesbyPaulJohnsonandE.MichaelJoneshaveproducedtonsofevidencetosupportHuxley'sclaim.

AtheistphilosopherThomasNagelexposeshisownunderlyingbiaswhenhewrites,"Iwantatheismtobetrueandammadeuneasybythefactthatsome of the most intelligent and well-informed people I know arereligiousbelievers.Itisn'tjustthatIdon'tbelieveinGodand,naturally,hopethatI'mrightinmybelief.It'sthatIhopethereisnoGod!Idon'twanttheretobeaGod;Idon'twanttheuniversetobelikethat."

FrenchpoliticianandhistorianLouisBlanc,oneoftheimportantleadersofsocialismhadthistosay,

"WhenIwasaninfant,Irebelledagainstmynurse.WhenIwasachild,Irebelled against my teachers and my parents. When I was a man, Irebelledagainstthegovernment.WhenIdie,ifthereisanyheavenandIgothere,IwillrebelagainstGod."

ThepsalmistDavididentifiedtheunderlyingconditionofman'srebellionagainstGodbackinantiquitywhenhewrote,"Thefoolsaysinhisheart,'ThereisnoGod'"—Psalm14:1

Anyone that has ever been involved in Christianministry, or is humanknowsthatanytypeofimmoralityandperversionneverleadsoneclosertoGodbut furtheraway. Itdoesn't takeagenius to see thatan impureheart is not conducive to true devotion and this is why Jesus said,"Blessedarethepureinheart,fortheyshallseeGod."—Matthew5:8

It'sveryrarethatyou'llcomeacrossanatheistthatwillacknowledgethathisimpuredesiresareapowerfulmotivatingfactorinhisrejectionofGodbut every single atheist that has abandoned his atheism and turned toGodhasacknowledgedthistobethecase.Infact,ifyouquestiononethathasrejectedtheexistenceofGodinregardtothecausesofhisunbelief,

andifhistotallyhonest—whichisrare—you'remorelikelytodiscoveramotivemore than an actual argument. Inmost cases,motives to rejectGodcomelongbeforeandthepersonlateradoptsvariousargumentstosupportachoicealreadymade.

RobertMoreyinhisbook,NewAtheismwrites,"Aclosestudyofthelivesof atheists who developed sophisticated attacks on religion usuallyreveals theyhadalready, forpersonalreasons,rejectedGod longbeforebecomingfreethinkers."

Moreycontinues, "Given themanyatheists,agnostics, freethinkers,andother assorted infidels I have known through the years, in every singleinstancewhereIhavebeenabletodevelopafriendship, thepersonhasalways admitted that his initial reasons for rejecting God were of apersonalnature."(RobertMorey,TheNewAtheism,page,54).

Forexample,Freud'srejectionofGodisnosurpriseoncewelearnthathemade his wifemove out of his bedroom, so his sister could sleepwithhim. Huxley also acknowledged that adopting materialistic philosophygavehimawaytoindulgeinimmoralitywithoutfeelingguilty.

Someatheistsbecomephysicallysickwhentheyarequestionedinregardto the trueoriginof their rejectionofGod.Others areneurotic in theirpathologicalaversiontoGodandprayer. In fact, thereare thousandsofdocumented cases of people that suffer from a condition called'theophobia'wherein theirpathological aversion toprayer andGod is agreatcauseofdistressforthem.TheyhateGodandaremorallypollutedwith conflicting desires and a propensity towards rebellion against theDivine.Oneman,notoriouslyinfamousforhiscontemptforGodwastheatheistphilosopherFrederichNietzsche.Inthebook,ModernTimes,thehistorian Paul Johnson referred to Hitler, Stalin, andMussolini as thethreedevilsof the twentieth century. Interestingly,Nietzsche's atheisticwritingsinfluencedallthree,butI'lladdressthistopicingreaterdepthinChapterSix,TheDarkNightoftheGodless.

If one looks into the case reports of thephenomenonof exorcismsanddemonic oppression around the globe, anddown throughout history, itbecomes quickly apparent that those who claimed to be afflicted by

malevolentforcesalsomanifestedanaversiontowardsGodandstruggledwithsomesecretimmoralenslavementandrebellionoftheheart.Ifonealsoresearchesintothelifestylechoicesofmanyatheisticintellectualsitwon'ttaketoolongbeforeoneuncoversawholeworldofmoralrebellionanddefianceagainsttheDivine.

I've come to understandGod's indictment against humanity, and that'sthe divine charge against the suppression of conscience in the wilfulpursuit of autonomous self-rule. I understand it perfectly because I'mhuman as well. When it comes to underlying motives, we all share acommon blindness, and this iswhywhen I hear people say tome thattheydonotbelieveinGod,becausetheycannotseeHim,Iputitdowntoanother level of blindness, and I'll explain why in the next chapter inthingsunseen.

From decades of discussions and debates I came to realise that theatheistic claim of enlightenment and originality are bogus. Atheistsclaim to be original, but there is nothing original about them. TheyallPollyParroteverylinethattheiratheisthighpriestssay,andallsharethe same chronic obsession, which is theirmania fixationwithGod. Iftheywere reallyall about theabsenceofGod thenonewouldexpect tohearverylittleaboutGodfromthembutifyoulistentotheirtalks,readtheir books, look at their blogs and attend their gatherings, God iseverywhereandineverythingtheydoandsay.

For an enterprise built on the absence of God, their unrelentingpreoccupation,theircommunalobsessionspeaksvolumes.OnecouldbeforgivenforthinkingthattheyareinfectedbyaGodphobia,somekindofcontagion that sends them crazy, however, when you begin to see thatthereisacausefortheirobsessionthancompassionandempathyshouldprevail in regard to them. Surely, they must have moments, briefglimpsesofrealisationwhentheyseethatthewholethingismakingthemunwell, but, alas, they cannot get off the treadmill because theirobsession, their unrelenting enthusiasm for God's non-existence justneverends.

If one investigates their arguments against the existence of God, itbecomesquicklyapparentthatsuchargumentsalmostalwaysinvariably

fail when challenged. Case in point, many atheists have asked me if Ibelieve in Zeus. Of course, the question is a frame-up, principallydesigned to smuggle-in another one of their spurious fallacies.When IsaythatIdon'tbelieveinZeus,theysay,"See,youareanatheisttoo,butwe justgoone lessgodthanyou."The fundamentalproblemwithmostatheistic fallacies is that illogical inconsistencymustbe adopted for theconclusion to work. The fallacy with this particular atheistic sleight ofhands is that an absolute negation is confused with a relative one. I'llexplain.

Goingone lessanythingdoesnotautomaticallynecessitate theabsolutenegationofa thing.One lesscookiedoesnotmeannocookies,one lesstreedoesnotmeannotrees.Justbecausethereexistscounterfeitmoneythis does not automatically equate to the non-existence of realmoney.Theremaybemanywronganswerstoamathequationbuttoimplythatthere is no correct answer is a premature and erroneous conclusion.Absolutenegationsarelikeagianteraserthattheatheistusetoarriveatabsolute atheism and that's the kind of illogical dogmatism that theywantustoembrace.

ChapterTwo:Thingsunseen

I'veheardpeoplesay tome that theydon'tbelieve inGodbecause theycannot seeHim,we've all heard it— I've heard it a gazillion times buthaveneverfoundthistobeagoodargumentagainsttheexistenceofGodbecause God is immaterial, so the evidence for God is not going tobe found inmaterial properties such as in atoms—protons, electrons,neutrons— things, stuff, rocks, andobjects.God isSpirit,God isnot a

carbon-based life form.God is notmade up of the 118 elements in theperiodic table.God isaSpirit—aPerson—apresence—and therefore,canonlybeexperienced.

As a presence — God is more comparable to other things in ourexperiences thatwe cannotdirectly see, suchaswavelength, frequency,radio waves, electromagnetism, and gravity. In fact, all around us andgoing through us are frequencies, wavelengths in various forms thatcannot be seen. If you use amobile phone,Wi-Fi, television, or radio,thenyouarealreadytakingsomeoftheseunseenrealitiesforgranted.

We cannot seeGod's presence, butwe can experienceHim.We cannotseethemagneticforcearoundamagnet,butwecanseetheeffectsofitspresenceifyouplaceanironnailnearit.Wecannotseemoralintuitions,logical reasoning, love, hope, despair, intentions, motives or ideas.However,thefactthatwecannotseeanyofthesethingsdoesnotseemtopresentaproblemforus.The truthbe told, ifwestruggle toaccept theimmaterial nature of God, then we are going to have a hard timeacceptingtheimmaterialaspectofourownexistence.

WhatdoImean?Well,ifwebreakourbodydownwediscoverthat99%ofourbody ismadeupof oxygen, carbon,hydrogen,nitrogen, calciumandphosphorus—andtheother1%consistsof traceelements—that's100%ofusaccountedfor,butthat'snotus.Thereisnothinginanyoftheingredientsherethataccountsforoursubjectiveexperienceoftheworld.Our subjective experience of theWorld — our consciousness and self-awareness — cannot be found in oxygen, carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen,calcium or phosphorus. Our consciousness cannot be reduced tohydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, phosphorus, sulphur— and our reasoningdoesnotarisefromimpersonaliron,magnesium,andzinc.

Our experience of theworld is entirely subjective, our consciousness isnot a property of matter, and our subjective experiences are non-material. In my subjective state, I experience other immaterial thingssuch as reason, logic, conscience, conviction, judgment, evaluation,intention and love, but you'll never find any of these things in oxygen,carbon,hydrogen,nitrogen,calciumandphosphorus.

Ifwejudgedtheworldaroundusentirelyuponsight—ourperception—we would almost unanimously agree that it is concrete and solid.However, according to extensive researchdone in quantumphysics theappearanceofsolidityismostlyanillusionbecausematterismadeupof99.9%emptyspace—thisincludesmetal,rocks,anddiamonds—andifyou break it down further you come to a world of vibratory energypatternsofactivitywithinfields.Ifyoubaseyourfaithinonlywhatyoucansee,thenyouwon'tbelievein94%oftheuniversebecause94%oftheuniversecannotbeseen—itcannotbeobserved.Only6%oftheuniverseisactualmaterialmatter,theother94%isdarkenergyanddarkmatter.Giventhatwewerecreatedfromarealityunseenitshouldnotsurpriseustoo much that when matter is reduced to the subatomic level we getclosertosomethingimmaterial.

"By faith, we understand that the universe was created by the wordofGod,sothatwhatisseenwasnotmadefromthingsthatarevisible."—Hebrews11:3

Somuchofourreality ismadeupof thingsthatwecannotsee.Case inpoint,EinsteinprovedtheexistenceofwormholesmathematicallyalongwithscientistNathanRosen,buttheyarehypothetical—theycannotbeobserved, the same can be said regarding the recent scientifictheory regarding the existence ofmultiple universes— theyhaveneverbeenobserved,norcanbe.Thetruthbetold,muchofourknowledgeofthe cosmos is theoretical, rather than observational. In fact, there aremanyscientiststhatwouldtellusthattheexistenceofotherdimensionsaremorelikelythannot,irrespectiveofwhatwesee.Ofcourse,wedon'tseeorfeelotherdimensions;nevertheless,theoreticalphysicswouldtellusthattheirexistenceishighlylikely.Foronething,M-theorywouldtellusthattherearemultiplehiddendimensions,possibly10.Hereweseenoargumentfromscienceregardingtheunobserved—theunseen.

Sightcannotalwaysbe trustedas the finalauthoritybecause thingsarenot always as they appear tous. For example, it appears tous that theEarth is fixed and stationary, but the truth is the exact opposite. TheEarthorbitstheSunatanaveragespeedof67,000mph,or18.5milesasecond.Infact,theSun,Earth,andtheentiresolarsystemareinmotion,orbiting the centre of theMilkyWay at an insane 140miles a second.

Nothingreallyisasitappears.Ourperspective—ourperception—andthewaythingsreallyareinrealitymayseematoddswithoneanotherbutthat'sonlybecausewearerestrained,confinedandlimitedinourfinitudeand can only see things in part, we only see through the tools that wehave.

DineshD'Souzaprovidesuswithananalogytohelpusunderstandthis.D'Souza tells us to consider a tape recorder. A tape recorder can onlycapture one mode of reality: sound. Tape recorders can hear but theycannot see, touch, or smell. Our senses place absolute limits on whatreality isavailable tous. Ifweareonlyable todetecta limitedrangeofdimensions — limited range of frequencies — due to our sensorylimitationsthisdoesnotmeanthatotherdimensions—imperceptible—donot exist. I thinkD'Souzahit the nail on the head and theworld oftheoreticalphysics,asI'vealreadyshown,wouldnotdisagree.

As I've already shown there is much in scientific theory that isunobservable,butifIsaidthatscienceitselfwasanenterpriseanchoredin the immaterial would you believe me? True story, scientists cannotevendotheirsciencewithoutemployingtheimmaterialbecausewhenascientist does his scientific research, investigation, and evaluations healwaysemploysmathematicalandlogicalreasoningtomakesenseofhisempiricalsciencewithitsmodelsofinterpretationbutheneverstopstoactuallyproveanyofthesemathematicalandlogicalconcepts,ideasandconclusions, he simply assumes them to be valid and true, they aresmuggled-in, and nothing more is said in regard to them. Notjustmathematicalandlogicalreasoningbutthescientistalsoemploysinhisscientificinvestigationvaluejudgments,thingsthatonewillnotfindin physics and chemistry, in protons, neutrons and electrons, yet theyunderpintheveryfoundationofthescientificenterprise.

Here we see the immaterial bleeding into empirical science – its veryunderpinningsandfoundationsraisedontheedificeofthingsthatcannotbeseen. In fact, if youwere to removemathematical, logicalandmoralreasoningfromthescientificenterprisethewholeshebangwouldcollapseinto senseless incoherency. The immaterial does not just serve as thefoundational underpinning of science regarding mathematical, logicaland moral reasoning but it also makes up the vast majority of our

experienceofreality,asI'vealreadyshown.

ChapterThree:materialisticassumptions

Ioncewenttoameetingmadeentirelyupofatheists,exceptofcourseforme. The first thing that was obvious to me was their conceitedsmugnessregardingtheirclaimtowhattheycouldnotknow.Theyspokeand acted with such an air of certainty about God's apparent non-existenceandseemednotatallawareoftheirownblindnessorepistemiclimitations. I came to see that most of their arguments suffered fromfundamentalflaws,Ialsocametoseethattheirreasoninghadnodegreeof independence, they thought and spoke as one. They all shared thesameposturing,thesameknee-jerkreactionsandthesamepretensionofomniscience.Thispretensionofomnisciencewasnotsomuchconfessedbutratherexhibitedintheirarrogance.

It seemed to escape their attention that any assertion regarding God'sapparent non-existence could only ever have faith as its underpinning.The atheists that I spoke to that night failed to demonstrate theomniscience that would be required to prove their extraordinaryconceited claim. One thing was clear to me and that was theircertainty was anchored in their faith. Any assertion that God does notexistisapurelyimaginaryclaimtoknowledge,inshort,adelusion.Theclaim of God's nonexistence is demonstrably self-defeating insofar as

such a claim to knowledge cannot be demonstrated. Therefore, theassertionregardingGod'snon-existenceisgroundlessandbogus.

Onecertainfactresultsfromnotbeginningwithomniscienceandthatiswecanneverknowwhatreality is.Onlythroughomnisciencecouldanycorrection bemade to our present understanding and interpretation ofwhat we think reality is, this truism also applies to our scientificunderstanding of the true nature of reality. All our scientificmodels ofinterpretation remain ultimately and eternally unverifiable. Outside ofomniscience, thebest that a scientist canever attain in thedepartmentofontology is infinite ignoranceregarding the finalpicture.ThismeansthatanymaterialistichubrispontificatingaboutGod'snon-existencearefraudulent.Duetoourfinitude,wecanonlyeverknowinpart—weareforevercondemnedtoknowinpart.WecanneverseeasGodsees.

All knowledge regarding ultimate causation is beyond our observationandoutsideof empirical science.Mostofouruniverse isoutsideofourhorizon, therefore thequestionofobservingotheruniverses apart fromour own remains completely and absolutely outside of our observation,and beyond our horizon. I understand that the materialist has a particular problem with Jesus

turningwaterintowine,yettheyhavenoproblemwithawholeCosmoswith all of its law's, appearing out of nothing and for no purposewhatsoever. The materialist will tell us that miracles are impossiblebecausetheyareaviolationofnaturallaws—butofcourse—thewholeCosmos,poppingoutofnothingfornoparticularpurposewhatsoeverisamiraclethey'rehappytooverlook.

Theirproblemisnotwithmiraclesperse,butonlywithmiraclesthatowetheir existence to an ultimate rationalmind— God. The truth is, theyhave their miracles — plenty of them — an absolute abundance. Inrejecting the existence of God, you don't escape from the miraculous.Retreating into the realm of purely naturalistic explanations in nowayescapes theneed toappeal toanendless listof improbablemiracles. Infact,allexplanations,nomatterhowfar-fetchedorbizarrearereasonableapplicants as long as impersonal mindless forces and processes areultimately responsible. I understand that in their worldview allexplanations that absolutely exclude personal agency—God— are theonlyonesthatcaneverbevalid.

And I also understand that when they are given the choice betweenmiraclesthatarisefromnon-rational,accidental,purposelessforces,andbetween themiracles that are the by-products of a rationalmind, theymust choose the former over the latter. I appreciate that they have nochoicebecausetheyhave,apriori—inadvancerestrictedthemselvestoonlypurelynaturalisticexplanationssoastoremainamaterialist—it'stheirreligion,theirphilosophy,theircult—Igetthat.

IhavecompassionforthembecauseIunderstandthattheirrejectionofGod is an 'a priori' philosophical position — a non-negotiablematerialistic dogmatic doctrine that cannot be compromised. It'smaterialism through and throughwith absolute cultish fidelity towardsthe foundational principles of its own improbable faith. ontotrytoconvinceusthattheirparticularexplanationismeaningful—this is delusional, can they not see it? I understand that theirfoundational philosophical faith-based dogma cannot have thephenomena of existence arising out of purposefulness, intentionality,intelligence, and direction. These things are all equally classified asmaterialistic heresy — an unforgivable sin in the materialistic cult —becausetheyputintothemindthehorrificideaofpersonalagencywhichtranslatestoGod,theirchiefandprimaryphobia.

Thetruthisthatmaterialismisnothumble,true,orbeneficialinanyway.ItstartswithanASSUMPTIONaboutreality,basedonpersonalprejudiceandthelackofanexperience,withtheadditionalhandicapofverypoorarguments and then goes on to insist the world adopt its view as themeanstoopen-mindednessandenlightenment.

Inshort, theatheist findshimselfexisting inauniversethatdidn'tplanfor his existence, and yet, everything that he needs for his sustenance,development, and growth is mysteriously within his immediateenvironment. The idea of Divine Providence never seems to cross hismind — extraordinary! We were born into a world where ourbodies require essential nutrients from food and water, proteins, fats,carbohydrates,vitamins,minerals,andwaterareabsolutelyessentialforour development, growth and cell repair. The water and nutrients areabsorbed into our bloodstream, which is transported to where it isneeded.For thematerialist, this is justahaphazard,accidental flukeofundirected impersonal processes so no need to thank anybody.We aretold that the gathering together of all our biological systems andfunctions,injusttherightplaces,isnothingmorethanpurecoincidence,themagical,haphazard,accidentalflukeofundirectedimpersonalforces.Thisisstandardmaterialisticdoctrine.

They want us to believe that our DNA, via dumb undirected mindlessprocesses— fornoreasonandpurposewhatsoever— justhaphazardly,sohappened to underwrite the instructions tomake our cardiovascularsystems, digestive systems, endocrine systems, immune systems,muscular systems, nervous systems, reproductive systems, respiratorysystems, skeletal systems, eyes, hearts, lungs and ears — that inturnformintoreasoningself-awarebeings.

Itappearsthatthematerialisthasdumbmindless,accidental,undirectedprocessesdoingthemostmiraculousandimpossiblethings.WhoneedsaCreator whenmindless matter can do anything? Materialist: Well, Stephen Hawking says that the universe came fromnothing. In fact, his own words are: "because there is a law such asgravity,theuniversecanandwillcreateitselffromnothing".

Paul:You see, that's exactlymypoint, he ispresupposing the existenceof the universe to account for the universe's existence and that'sincoherent and self-contradictory. Moreover, it's a double self-contradictionbecausehesays,"Becausethereisalawsuchasgravity,theuniverse can and will create itself from nothing." The existence ofgravityisnotnothingbutsomething,sothat'sphilosophicallyincoherent.Philosopher, Keith Ward points this error out when he says that it'sLOGICALLYIMPOSSIBLEforacausetobringaboutsomeeffectwithoutalready being in existence. Hawking is explaining the existence of theuniverse by PRESUPPOSING the existence of gravity, quantum fields,fluctuations, a bubbling vacuum, variation principles and symmetrygroups.

From whence this came nothing is said. Gravity, quantum fields,fluctuations, a bubbling vacuum, variation principles and symmetrygroups are not nothing, they are a whole lot of something, and yettheyareinvokedtoexplaintheexistenceoftheuniversebutwhocreatedthesethings?Noanswerisgiventheyaremerelypresupposedandthisistheevasive,dishonestandequivocallanguagethatatheiststypicallyuse.

Some atheists invoke an infinite array of universes to account for theincrediblemind-bogglingfine-tuningofthisparticularuniverse.Butnotonly is this a belief that can never be observed — and therefore mustbe taken on faith — but it's also the greatest non-answer providedbecause it still does not account for the origin of a universe-makingmachine,sotospeak,fortheoriginofitslaws,andjustmerelykicksthecan further down the road. If such an explanation isinvokedtoeliminatetheneedforaCreator,thenitfailsmiserably.

If you and I were walking through a barren desert and happened to

stumble across some unusual architecture I would consider it to be alunaticexplanationifyousaidthatthisunusualarchitecturewasnottheresult of intelligence but could be perfectly explained by postulating abilliontrillionrandomuniverses,becausewhenyouhavesomany,oneisbound to accidentally resultwith theAPPEARANCEof being designed.Honestly, who reasons like this? Well, atheists invoke this kind ofreasoningallthetimewhentheyneedtoexplaintheappearanceofdesignaway, to put it down to a lucky coincidence— to get rid of God but itfails. As I've just shown, the foundational assumptions of materialisticexplanationsarehorrifyinglybankrupt,andthiswillexplainwhyatheismhasmadenopositivecontributionstoanycivilization.

Who wants tobe imposed upon by the Good Samaritan with its ethic thatextendssacredvalueandworthtotheindividual?Whowantsanethicalsystem that's responsible for ending cannibalism in nations all aroundtheworldorthepredominantprincipleofhelpingtheweakanddestitutethathasalleviatedthesufferingofthepoortothefarthestcornersoftheglobewith the interventionofmedicine,hospitals, cleanwater,welfare,orphanages?Infact,Christiansaresingle-handedlythelargestprovidersofhealthcare, charity,andeducation throughout theworld.Christianityplayed almost an exclusive role in the development of the institutionof the hospital. The example and teaching of Jesus inspiredministers,priests, monks, nuns, missionaries, and untold numbers of laymen tobringmedicalhelptothepoorinalmosteverycountryoftheworld.

Who wants to entertain a Christianity that virtually wiped out childsacrifice in the ancient world, ended the virtue of suicide, and thedevaluing of women and human life? Who wants to be a part of anenterprisethatvirtuallysingle-handedlyisresponsibleforendingslaveryin thewest, given that over a third of those in the abolition of slaverymovementwereChristians?—butweshouldnotbetoosurprisedbythisfact because the true message of Christianity when applied always

translatestofreedomandliberation—infact,itcontainstheveryseedsof liberation. Where ever it's gone it has been a force againstenslavement,oppression,injustice,abuse,andviolence.Itgivesdignitytothedevaluedandcondemnstheabuseandcorruptionofpower.

It's a peculiar sound in the ears when I hear a God-mocker attackingChristianity while going to a university — fascinating because of theirfascinating depth of ignorance. Do they not know, have they not beentold,thattheveryphenomenonoftheuniversityitselfhaditsrootsintheChristian endeavours?Are they evenawareof the fact that the greatestuniversitiesworldwidewere started byChristians?Names like:Oxford,Cambridge,Harvard,Yale,andPrinceton—justtonameafew—wereallestablishedforthegloryofGod.Infact,almosteveryoneofthefirstonehundred-twenty-threecollegesanduniversities intheUnitedStateshadChristianorigins.

Nootherreligion,philosophy,teaching,nation,ormovement—whatever—has so changed the world for the better as Christianity has done.Christian influence on values, beliefs, and practices inWestern cultureare abundant and well ingrained into the flourishing society of today.Biblicalcommandmentssuchas"Thoushaltnotkill","Donotsteal","Donot bear false witness", and the sanctity of life underpin much of theWestern legal system. In fact, common law was heavily influenced byChristianphilosophy.Thisphilosophyarguesthatthereisadivinereasonfortheexistenceoffundamentallaws.

Do you value the contributions of science? Well, you can thank anoverwhelming majority of Christians for those contributions, as I'vealreadyshowninthepreviouschapter.It'sinterestingtonotethatsomeof the most famous scientists that were instrumental in bringinghumanityintoagloriousageofknowledgewerealldevotedtoChristandsoughttogiveHimGloryintheirpursuitoftruth.

The fact is those thatattackChristianityandseek tohave it eradicated,expunged,erasedandcriminalizedwillnot live inacountrywhere thathasalreadybeendonebecausetheydon'twanttojointheoppressed,theywanttokeeptheircivillibertiesandfreedomofspeech.Theywanttheirhospitals,highregardforlife,healthcare,representativegovernment,free

enterpriseandrightsto liveaccordingtotheirbeliefs.Theywantto livefree frompersecution, tyranny,dictatorship, despotism, totalitarianism,and harassment. And yet, paradoxically they want to destroy the veryfoundationthatmadethesethingspossible—suchistheinsanitythatisdestroyingcivilization.

A Chinese professor from the Chinese Academy of Science in Beijing,2002 confessed to an auditorium of people that he had spent yearssearchingforthereasonforwhytheWesthadsucceededinthewaythatithad.Successregardingitsfreedoms,laws,freespeechandthrivingfreemarket.Andthisiswhatheconcluded:

"Oneofthethingswewereaskedtolookintowaswhataccountedforthesuccess,infact,thepre-eminenceoftheWestallovertheworld,"hesaid."Westudiedeverythingwecouldfromthehistorical,political,economic,andculturalperspective.Atfirst,wethoughtitwasbecauseyouhadmorepowerfulgunsthanwehad.Thenwethoughtitwasbecauseyouhadthebestpoliticalsystem.Next,wefocusedonyoureconomicsystem.Butinthepast twentyyears,wehaverealized that theheartofyourculture isyour religion:Christianity. That iswhy theWest has been so powerful.TheChristianmoralfoundationofsocialandculturallifewaswhatmadepossibletheemergenceofcapitalismandthenthesuccessfultransitiontodemocratic politics. Now, when I speak of the blessings bequeathed to us through thededication of Christian individuals I'm not referring to the force ofpoliticalinstitutionsorcorruptleadersbuttoindividualpeoplethatlovedand sacrificed their lives for the benefit and blessings of others.Suchindividualsweremerelylivingastheirbookinstructedthem.

"But love your enemies, and do good, and lend, expecting nothing inreturn;andyourrewardwillbegreat,andyouwillbesonsoftheHighest;forHeHimselfiskindtoungratefulandevilmen."—Jesus,Luke6:35

"But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness,goodness,faithfulness..."—Galatians:5:22-23

"Donot neglect to showhospitality to strangers, for by this somehaveentertainedangelswithoutknowingit."—Hebrews13:2

Any action/s that deviate from these central Christian principles areblatantly unchristian in nature. In fact, Jesus warned us about wolvesthatwouldcomedressedinsheep'sclothing.AnybehaviourthatdoesnotflowfromthefruitsoftheHolySpirit—aslistedinGalatians:5:22-23—areactionsclearlynotcomingfromtheSpiritofChrist.

In short, thedefinitionofwhat it is tobehuman (humane)has largelybeenagiftofChristianvirtue,asopposedtotheblindpitilessindifferenceof materialistic impersonal forces. The good Samaritan ethic and theGoldenruleofdoinguntoothersasyouwouldhaveothersdountoyou—as promoted, encouraged and endorsed by Jesus — have had atremendousandextraordinary impactupon the formationof thevaluesof Western civilization. Of course, if Jesus was a materialist no suchmoralobligationswouldhaveeverbeenexaltedtosuchahighplatform.IfJesushadbeenaVladimirLenin,Stalin,Mao,PolPot,KimJung-unorKarlMarxwewouldhaveneverheardoftheGoodSamaritanethic,norwouldhavewecaredtoomuchaboutthepoor,oppressedandsuffering.

In fact, most evil is caused by people who live lives in total disregardtowardsGod'smorallaw.TheSupremeRoyalLawisthelawoflovethatJesustaught.Ifyouarekilling,hating,stealingorslanderingyourfellow-man than you are doing so in total disregard to God's law of love. Inshort, if we all lived according to this law of love then 90% of all evilwouldceasetoexistinourworld.Manywillraiseevilandsufferingasanargument against the existence of God but will be suspiciously quietregardingallthatwhichisgoodintheworld.Thetrueandbeautiful,thelove, compassion, empathy, kindness, altruism, giving and sacrifice? Itseemstomethat theskeptichastiltedthescalesofgoodandevilall tooneside—butthiswillnotdo.

Paradoxically,thematerialistwillinvokeandappealtomoralstandards,values, and judgments, although their Creator—mindlessmatter— isabsolutely indifferent to their fabrications.They talkabout theirRights,but without God, there are no inalienable rights, endowed to them bytheirCreator.ThereisNOpurposetohumanexistence.Novalue,nofinal

court of appeal. What values? What rights? What purpose? In theirworldview, nothing can go wrong because there is no right way that itshould go in the first place.The atheist is desperate tohave auniversewithout God because he knows that impersonal energy, gravity andelectromagnetismwill not hold him accountable.He knows that atomsare not concerned about his sin, and is confident electrons are notkeepingrecords.

Materialist, talk aboutmorals and values but I'm curious to how non-moralenergy,gravity,andelectromagnetismevenBEGINtobringforthmoralconvictioninapurelymaterialisticuniverse?Atomsandmoleculesdon'tgenerateguilt,conviction,andconscience—energydoesnotdictatewhat choices we SHOULD make — gravity imparts no pain ofconscience. Atoms, molecules, and quarks are neither righteous norunrighteous,andyetweareunabletoactoutsideofamoralframework,it'saverybigpartofwhatwearebut, intheirdogma,moral intuitions,conscience and personal will are just an accidental epiphenomenalillusionbecausesuchthingsarenotthepropertyofmindlessmatterandenergy.

I've always found it extraordinarily odd that those who reject God areperpetually invoking God's existence to raise their arguments againstHim.Paradoxically, thematerialistwill invokeGod'sexistencetoblameHimforalltheevilandsufferingintheworldandwillthenretreatbackintohisatheism.Theatheist invokes theexistenceofGod toserveHimwith an indictment, therefore God exists while the indictment is beingservedandthiskindofgivesthewholegameaway.Throughonesideoftheirmouththeywill tellusthattheuniversehasnoultimatemeaning,and through the other, they will preach that we SHOULD be living,behaving and conducting ourselves in a certain way, but in theirphilosophy,all suchmoralobligationsare fictionalbecauseNATURE istotallyindifferenttothem.Paradoxically,theywillprideyourselfonnotbeingapartofareligionandwillboastofhavingaworldviewthatdoesnot tell one how to live, believe, behave, or think— but the fact is theproponentsof thisnaturalisticworldviewcontinuallyattempt toexplainour existence,defineourmeaning, and commandhowwe should thinkaboutreality.Theyhavealottosayaboutimportanteventsinaperson's

life,particularlyone'sorigin,life,marriage,anddeath.

Of course, an atheist can be a good person, show kindness and helpothers but atheism is neither the cause nor the inspiration for thesetendencies. Impersonal mindless, non-moral atoms neither inspire theatheisttobegoodnorimposeanymoralobligationsuponhimtoactso.Ifheistobegood,generousandkindit'sdespitehisatheism—hisatheismhas nothing to do with it. From whence comes this inclination, thisnature tobegood,generousandkind?Not fromimpersonalatoms.WethathonorGod,understandthatgoodness,generosity,andkindnessarewritten intoourverynature—apartofusbecause that's thenatureofreality—a reality expressing thenature of ourCreator and this iswhyguilt, remorse, and shame are experienced because we are a moralcreation, as opposed to an accidental one, and because atheists arecreated by God also they will exhibit God-created qualities such asgoodness, generosity, and kindness. I'm reminded of a story thatRichardWurmbrandonce toldwhile spending14years inacommunistatheistprison,hisstoryelucidatesmypoint.

"Florescu,ahalf-gypsy thief,pulledupawoodenstoolandsatdown totalk with Richard in the cell. "I believe in what I can see, taste, andfeel,"Florescusaid."We'reallmatter,likethisbitofwoodI'msittingon,andwhenyou'redead,that'sit."Richardhadtoproveapoint.Hestoodupandkicked the stool out fromunderFlorescu.The stool shot acrossthe floor and slammed into thewall. Florescuhit the floorwith a hardthump."Whatwasthatfor?"Florescuyelled,scramblingtohisfeet."Butyousaidyouwerematterlikethestool,"Richardrepliedcalmly."Ididn'thearthestoolcomplain!"

So,what happens if theGodless get theirway?Well, I'm glad that youaskedbecausetheydidgettheirwayinthepast—infact,quiterecentlyandtheresultsweredisastrousasweshallnowsee.

ChapterSix:thedarknightofthegodless

Jesus promised that where two or three are gathered in His name, hewouldbethere inthemidstof them,but forPolPot, if threeChristiansgathered and prayed, they could be accused of being enemies of theregime and arrested or executed. Such is the joyous liberation thatsecular— atheistic enlightenment brings. Leaders such asMao, Stalin,the Cambodian communist leader Pol Pot, the Albanian communistleader Enver Hoxha, Prime minister of Cuba Fidel Castro, Romanianpresident Nicolae Ceausescu and Kim Jong-il would have all fullyendorsed the silenceof theChristianvoice, sowouldhaveAdolfHitler,FriedrichNietzsche,VladimirLeninandKarlMarx.

NorthKoreanleader,KimJong-untaughthisPuppetSTATEthatreligionwasanopiateofthepeople—andwhathemeantbythatwasachemicalsleep-inducing,dull-numbingnarcotic.Ofcourse,thiswasnotanoriginalthoughtswimmingaroundinKim'shead—likehisfellowatheist's—thisnotion had its roots in an ideological, savage barbarous and inhumanephilosophy — a philosophy responsible for the brutal, blood-drippingmurder of over 130 million people. It was the atheistic age ofGodlessness, a rule of law devoted to the clinical extraction of this so-callednarcoticfrompeoplebybeatingthemtodeathandsmashingtheirskullsagainstconcretewalls. In fact, itwas theirattemptatkillingGodonepersonatatime.

The Chinese people would not escape this tsunami of atheistic utopia,thanks to Marx's influence over Mao's mind. Mao wasbewitched by atheistic materialism which would result in the death of

between45-70millionChineseintheyears1958to1966.MaoZedong(毛泽东), obsessed with the ideology of atheist Karl Marx wasdedicated to the vision of spreadingMarx's ideology throughoutChina.How did that work out for him? It resulted in one of the greatestcatastrophes that the world has ever known. The original Marxist-Leninistworldviewwasnotoriouslyknownforitszerotoleranceforbeliefin God. Mao adopted Marxism–Leninism while working at PekingUniversityandhebecamequicklysmittenwith itsglobalvision.Infact,he was so consumed by its philosophy that he became a foundingmember of the Communist Party of China. KarlMarx was a visionary,andhedeemeditabsolutelynecessarytodestroyreligionbecauseinhisjudgment faith in God was an opium, a drug substitute whichpreventsmanfrombecomingawareofhisdignity.ItwasKarlMarxthathelpedKim,Mao,Stalin,Lenin,EnverHoxha,NicolaeCeausescuandPolPot to realize that God was the opiate of the masses, for Marx, thesolutionwassimple—religionhadtobeeradicatedsothatthecreationofthenewman—andthenewutopia—freedfromtheshacklesofGodandreligioncouldshine-forthintoanenlightenedageofreason.SowhatkindofdignitydidMarx'satheistic ideologicalvisiongive tohumanity?Theansweriseasy:Blood,pain,torture,oppression,terror,andfear.Theterrible cruelties that were justified in the name of atheist Karl MarxshouldnotsurpriseuswhenMarx'sclosestcollaboratorinthefoundationofmoderncommunism,FriedrichEngelswrotein,Anti-Duhring,

"Universalloveformenisanabsurdity,weneedhateratherthanlove–atleastfornow."–FriedrichEngels

Marx was anti-religious because, in his opinion, religion obstructs thefulfilmentoftheCommunistideal,whichheconsideredtheonlyanswertotheworld'sproblems.MarxwantedaworldwithoutGodandmillionswould pay with their lives to build this utopian world of atheisticparadise. Bukharin, one ofMarx's associates in the First International,was an anarchist and hater of God and I suspect that atheist MarxwouldhavebeeninspiredbyBukharin'squotebelow,

"Satan is the first free-thinkerandsaviourof theworld.He freesAdamand impresses the seal of humanity and liberty on his forehead, bymakinghimdisobedient."–Bukharin

VladimirLenin,addedhisvoice to thismadnesswhenhewrote, "Everyreligious idea,every ideaofGod,everyflirtationwiththe ideaofGodisunutterablevileness,vilenessof themostdangerouskind, 'contagion'ofthemostabominablekind.Millionsofsins,filthydeeds,actsofviolenceandphysicalcontagionsarefar lessdangerousthanthesubtle,spiritualideaofaGod."

ComradeLeninwent on to add, "Our programnecessarily includes thepropagandaofatheism."

This same sentiment is expressed in the words of Karl Marx when hewrote,"We make war against all prevailing ideas of religion, of the state,of country,ofpatriotism.The ideaofGod is thekeynoteof apervertedcivilization.Itmustbedestroyed."

Anyway,tocutalongstoryshort,over130millionpeoplewerekilledinstate authorized purges by a long line of atheistic leaders: 72 millionpeoplekilledinChina,40millionintheformerUSSR,Hitler15million,2millioninNorthKorea,2millioninCambodia,1.7millioninAfrica,1.5million in Afghanistan, 1 million in Vietnam, 150 thousand in LatinAmerica by leaders such as Mao, Stalin, Hitler, the CambodiancommunistleaderPolPot,theAlbaniancommunistleaderEnverHoxha,Prime minister of Cuba Fidel Castro, RomanianpresidentNicolaeCeausescuandKimJong-Il.

All of thesedespots, dictators andGod-hating tyrantsweredrivenby agrand vision to impose an ideological package onto thewholeworld—and part of that package included the eradication of religion — whichtranslatedtosystematicatheistic,materialisticindoctrinationinallstateschoolsaswellastheclosingdownofallplacesofworship,coupledwiththe biggest manhunt to arrest, imprison, torture and brutally executethose that were guilty of the crime of loving God. I have read literallyhundredsofbiographiesovera spanof30years frommenandwomenthathavespentmuchtimeinbarbaricprisons,suchas,atheisticChineseconcentrationcamps,atheisticCambodianconcentrationcamps,atheisticNorth Vietnam concentration camps and atheistic North Korean

concentration camps — and all have testified to the fact of beingindoctrinatedextensivelywithGodlessmaterialisticphilosophy.

Infact,thecampphilosophywasemployedsimultaneouslywithbeatingsand torture so that the one being beaten would understand at aphilosophicallevelthattherewasnomoralargumentthatcouldberaisedto judge those doing the torturing. These guards made it clear thatwithout God THERE IS NO final court of appeal. What is so hard tounderstand about this? In fact, torture,mass executions, forced labourandmalnutritionwerepartandparcelofthenewatheisticparadise.Onegentlemanby thenameofRichardWurmbrand—whowould go on tobecome a major voice for the oppressed around the world — enduredmany beatings from his atheistic prison guards. On one particularoccasion,aftera terriblypainfulbeating,Richardcriedout to themandsaid, "Is there no human kindness or empathy in you at all?" Theylaughed and replied with a quote that atheist Lenin often used, "Youcannotmakeanomelettewithoutbreakingeggs."

Richard reported that the atheistic communist torturers oftensaid,"ThereisnoGod,nohereafter,andnopunishmentforevil.Wecandowhatwewish.' I have heard one torturer even say, 'I thankGod, inwhomIdon'tbelieve,thatIhavelivedtothishourwhenIcanexpressalltheevilinmyheart.'Heexpresseditinunbelievablebrutalityandtortureinflictedonprisoners."

Survivors, of tortures too horrible to mention, have told us that theguardsandpoliceingulags,concentrationcamps,andtorturechambersused godlessmaterialistic reasoning to justify their acts ofmurder andgenocide and invoked godless materialistic philosophy as their moralrighttodoso.

Materialism, as a philosophy, proved most beneficial insofar asit tranquilized and dulled the conscience to the screams of those theywerebeating.Whyshouldtheguardsfeelanyfeelingsofguilt,shameandremorse inablind,pitiless,mindless indifferentuniverse?Weallknowthat it's always easier to kill something if you believe that the THINGyou'rekillinghasnointrinsicorultimatevalue.

Richard Wurmbrand in his book, Tortured for Christ tells us that hisfellow prisoners under the demonic brutality of atheistic re-educationprogramsweredriven to findnewandcreativeways tokill themselves.Such was the insufferable cruelties that were employed to convert theprisonerstotheenlightenmentofanatheisticworldview.Infact,Richardtells us that the guardswere absolutely intoxicatedwith the new levelsanddepthsofcrueltythattheydiscovered.

Forendlesshours,uptoseventeenhoursaday,loudspeakerswouldblastoutatheisticpropagandacoupledwith tortures toohorrible tomention.Thosethatcouldnottaketheabuseanylongerleaptfromtallstaircasesto the floorbeneath.Others lacerated their throatswithbarbedwireorglass. If a prisoner couldmuster up enough energy, he could crack hisskull against the cement wall of his cell. Others died from drinkingcleaning fluid.AnOrthodox fatherwhocouldn'tmanageothermethodskilledhimselfbyleapingfromhiselevatedbunkbed.Ittookhimseveralfalls to succeed, Richard tells us. {Wurmbrand, Tortured for Christ,chapter37}

Nowyouhaveanideahowanatheisticparadiselookswhenhumanityisstripped of every last vestige of value and sacredness in the name ofsuperioratheisticrevelationthathasmanasnothingmorethantheby-product of a long chain of pointless and meaningless materialisticprocesses that were entirely accidental with no purpose intended. In apurely materialistic universe, the human body is just a particulararrangement of oxygen, carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, calcium,phosphorus,potassium,sulphur,sodium,chlorine,andmagnesium.Fortheseatheists,thestompinguponlittlechildrenwasnothingmorethanachemicaldisorganization.

TheseprisoncampsgiveusaglimpseintoaworldwhereGodisrejected.Godisneverreplacedwithsomethingnobler,somethingmoremoralorbeautiful.Godisreplacedbyaman—notanordinaryman—butamanpossessedbyademon.SigmundFreudcategorizedpeoplewhobelievedinGodassufferingfrommentalillness,andhisdogmawasplacedinthe'Diagnostic Manual Handbook'. The wisdom of this manual wasemployed by the God-hating in their torture of those that prayed. Yes,Freudtalkeda lot throughhisGod-hating,Christ-defyinggodlessheart,

but unbeknownst to him, his very mouth would soon be shut forever.Freud died from a very painful mouth cancer. Mao'swife, JiangQingmade it her sole project to destroy every last trace ofChristianity fromChina. JiangQingmadeapromise that once shehadher way Christianity would be relegated to theMuseum.How did thatworkoutforher?Sheendedupcommittingsuicidebyhangingherselfbyarope.MadalynMurrayO'Hairwas infamousforbeing instrumental inhaving Bible readings and prayer removed from public schools (1963-1964).

Madalyn was a vulgar speaking atheist that not only claimed to notbelieve in God but also hated Him in every expression and in everywaking moment. Her son William, no longer able to live under thetyranny of her seething cantankerous atheism disappointed her with awound that would never heal by turning to Christianity. Madalyn wasbrutally murdered and hacked into pieces by a fellow member of heratheisticenterpriseinthepursuitofhermoneythatshegainedbyshadymeans. It was reported that at age sixteen Lenin tore a cross from hisneck,spatonit,andstompedonitinaviolentstatementofhishatredofGod.Demonicoutburstsareneverrational.Peoplepossessedbythedevilactinwaysthatdefyrationality.LeninwasobsessedwiththeatheistKarlMarx and studied everything that Marx wrote. Marx was anextraordinarilywickedman,vile, vulgar, rude, racistandcontemptuousof women. Marx, in his delusions, fancied himself a great liberator tohumanitybutnootherphilosophicaldoctrinetodatehasthereyetarisensuch,abuse,tyranny,oppression,corruption,maliceandgenocide.

Asitstands,theculturalhomogeneityofoursocietyissecular,secularismisthereigningideologybutnobodystopstoaskwhetherit'strue.Thefactthatthewholeenterpriseisbuiltuponanentirelynaturalisticfaith-basedpresupposition is never addressed. The influence of secularism is felteverywhere, inpolitics, our educational institutions and in themedia. Iwant to make it perfectly clear that secularism is not some culturallyfriendlyneutralpositionbutisunderpinnedbyanaggressivenaturalistic— anti-God philosophy. Secularism offers us a new worldview, a newbelief,andnewvaluesystem.

It's a philosophical position that is fundamentally atheistic anddiametricallyopposedtoGod,whoseoriginscanbedirectlytracedbackto the 16th, 17th and 18th centuries, culminating in the FrenchRevolution where a militant form of humanism began to arise againstChristianity through the activism of Christ-hating philosophers such asVoltaire.InplaceofGod,theyproposedandchampionedthatoneshouldonlyseekapurelynaturalexplanationfortheworld—hence,naturalism.Thiswastheirphilosophicalimposition—theiralternativetoGod—theywantedGodoutandweredeeplyantagonistictoChristianity—itwasanAntichristmovementandwouldcometobeknownasthecultofreasonand was, in essence, an atheistic community that sought to replaceChristianity with man as the Supreme authority. The same fruit ofanimosity and opposition towards Christianity is manifest everywheretodaywherelawsareenactedtosilencetheChristianvoice.

Therewasnothinginnocent,pureortrueaboutthisdemonicmovement,infact,Voltaire'satheisminspiredtheFrenchRevolutionanditsReignofTerror, 1793-1794, where 40,000 people were beheaded and300,000werebutcheredintheVendée.TheFrenchRevolutionmadetheguillotineinfamousandgaveusabloodbathandhorrorstorylikenothingelse. This periodwas known as 'TheReign of Terror' and great crowdsfrom all over would gather to be entertained as heads rolled and theblood floweddown the streets.The very same ideas that inspired theseproponentsofpurereasonwouldagainresurfaceintheheartsandideasof some of the bloodiest God-haters of modern history. Secularism —bequeathedtousthroughtheEnlightenment—playedaverybigpartintheemergenceof20th-centurypoliticalatheismthatwouldresultinthehorrendousmurderofover130millionpeople.Infact,manyofthegreatatheistic leaders of modern history were directly influenced by theseEnlightenment philosophers. Secularism is a particular ideologyunderpinned by purely naturalistic materialistic philosophy — aworldview. Moreover, it has a history soaked in blood, violence,immoralityandacuriousandstrangebentagainstChristianity.

Ever since the eighteenth century following the French Revolution, aform of militant secularism began to permeate the landscape. Thismovement was spearheaded by certain philosophical humanists that

wantedGodoutofthepictureandmostofitcouldbetracedbacktothevile perverse Christ-hating Voltaire. Many think that secularism is apurelyneutralpositionandthereforeservesverywellas the foundationforacontemporarypluralisticsociety—butsuchanotioncouldn'tbeanyfurtherfromthetruth.HunterBakeralertsustothefactthatsecularismis not a neutral position and therefore it cannot be the answer topluralism.Secularismis invariablyweddedtonaturalisminthemodernworld – naturalism appears to be the silent default underpinning ofsecularism. Today in many areas of science, sociology, history andpsychologynaturalism—purephilosophy— is assumedapriori as thestartingpresupposition thanks to thesemen.Nobodyquestions the factthatit'saphilosophywithoutevidence—it'ssimplysmuggled-inwithoutquestion.

However, naturalism as a philosophy fails to explain anything and isabsolutely bankrupt in its attempts to account for nearly every singlemystery of the natural world.When one looks at its poor explanationsone can begin to seemore andmorewith each level that naturalism isincreasinglyunlikelyandimplausible.Moreover,naturalismisaretardtohonestinquiryandahindrancetoalternateexplanationsfortheuniverseoutsideofpurelynaturalisticinterpretations—andworstofall—it'sintotaloppositiontoSocrates"Followingtheevidencewhereveritleads."

There isabigdifferencebetweenVoltaireandSocrates.Theformerhasanagendafornotfollowingtheevidencewhereveritleads,andthelatterexalts the principle of honest inquiry after knowledge no matter whatworldview it may end up supporting. Naturalism as a philosophy isbaptizedinmoraldefianceandrebellionagainsttheruleoftheCreator-thesamedefianceandrebellionthatweseeexpressedinthewritingsofKarlMarxcitedbelow.

UnlikeMarx,Hitlerwasnotaconfessedatheist,buthewasdefinitelyanAntichrist and lover of atheistic, materialistic philosophy. I woulddescribe Hitler as a closet atheist because the evidence supportsthis. Hitler was absolutely obsessed with Nietzsche's supermanandNietzscheismcame tobeabsolutelyendemic in themaster race. Infact,manyofNietzsche'swritingswereselectedandemployedbyHitlertojustifythekillingsandusedasajustificationforthenewsupermasterrace in the elimination of inferior undesirables. Atheist philosopherFriedrichNietzschespokeabouttheSuperman,anewracetoariseoutofaGodlessgenerationandAdolfHitlerworkedhishardesttoseethisrace—theAryanrace—cometofruition.Hitlerreferredtohisstruggleinthisregard—MeinKampf—mystruggle.

Both Hitler and Nietzsche spoke about their struggle in their ownwritingsandwhatmanyofus forget,orhaven'tnoticed, is that the fulltitle of Darwin's book, the Origin of Species, was actually titled, TheOriginoftheSpeciesbyMeansofNaturalSelectionandthePreservationofFAVOUREDRACESintheSTRUGGLEforLIFE.BothNietzscheandHitler paid special attention to the part of the title, Preservation ofFAVOUREDRACESintheSTRUGGLEforLIFE.

Hitlerlovedthetitleforitjustified—scientificallyandphilosophically—his contribution in helping nature in the difficult process ofNatural selection for the preservation of favoured races — namely theAryan race, and 6 million Jews, the disabled, and other weak, uselessfoodwastersweresenttotheovensinhisstruggleforthefavouredrace.Here, Hitler was merely employing the brute morality that natureprovides;theblindpitiless indifferencethatRichardDawkinsspeaksof.IfHitlerwasalivetodayyoucouldalmostbecertainthatDawkinsbookswould be in his library, dusted and clean. In fact, almost all the Nazileaders were infatuated with atheist literature and Darwinian ideas.ProfessorofHistoryIanKershawdrawsourattentiontothisfact.

"DarwinianideasadvocatedbyitsleadingscientistsrapidlyreplacedtheChristianworldview,beginningonlya fewyearsafterDarwinpublishedOn the Origin of Species in 1859. German society rapidly adopted athoroughly secular worldview, relying on science and materialisticphilosophyfor itsvaluesandmorals."Forexample, theAngelofDeath,Josef Mengele, studied under Darwinist professor Ernst Rüdin at theUniversityofMunich,whotaughthisstudents thatsome liveswerenotworthlivinganddoctorshadaresponsibilitytodestroysuchlivesforthegoodofsociety.

It'salsointerestingtonotethatGoebbelslosthisCatholicfaithduringhisuniversity days and replaced it with his new heroes: Nietzsche, Hitler,and Darwin. Heydrich is considered to be the mastermind of theHolocaust. Heydrich was reared as a Catholic, and like somany otherNazielites,helosthisreligionandreplaceditwithsecularphilosophies.Thisisonebighorrorstoryinwhichthethreadcanclearlybeidentified.Themoral rebellion, thecommonrevulsionagainst theHoly, sharedbyallthesemenrevealsaprimalanddemonicrebellionagainsttheCreator.It isnocoincidence that therebellionandrevulsionagainst theHoly inthesemenare thesamerebellionandrevulsionagainst theHoly that ismanifestedintheworldofthedemonic.Itisdifficulttounderstandmuchof the contempt, anger and vulgarity that is expressed by manycontemporary atheists unless one understands the root cause of suchirrationalanimosityandenmity.LikeIsaidatthebeginningofthisbook,it's not so much arguments that drive them but psychological and

emotional impulses, which have their basis in the world of demonicforces.IamconvincedthatthemanifestationofenmityagainstGodisasymptomofasicknessthathasitsrootsinanancientandmoralrebellionagainst the Sovereign Lord of Creation, and the Bible has a lot to sayaboutthismoralrebellionandhowitwillend.
