EX PARTE MOTION TO SET THE CASE FOR PRE-TRIAL
COMES NOW, the Plaintiff, through the undersigned counsel, unto
this Honorable Court, most respectfully avers that;
1. The undersigned counsel filed the above captioned case on
March 1, 2015 and received a copy of the answer by the defendants
on March 30, 2015;
2. Since the issues have already been joined by receiving the
answer of the defendants which is the last pleading, we pray that
the above captioned case be set for pre-trial;
WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, it is prayed of the
Honorable Court that the instant case be set for pre-trial.
Other reliefs, just and equitable, are likewise prayed for.
