Moses my servant is dead; now therefore arise, go over this Jordan, thou, and all this people, unto the land which I do give to them, even to the children of Israel. (Joshua 1:2) And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh:and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams: And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy. (Acts 2:17-18) There is a Spiritual Promised Land that this generation must enter into. There was a natural, physical Promised Land that the children of Israel possessed in their day. My prayer teams and I have been praying for greater revelation of the plan of God for today. I believe He is answering our prayers as I have received greater understanding of His Word in this area. The church must possess this spiritual promised land. This move of God will usher in the second coming of our Lord Jesus Christ to this earth. The saints will be raptured and caught up to be with the Lord forever.

Pattern and Purpose

O u r H e a v e n l y F a t h e r a l w a y s operates according

to a pattern and a purpose. When we

discover His pattern and purpose, we understand how He

moves by His Spirit. Every move of God has a plan and a purpose. I believe the pattern and purpose for the spiritual outpouring of today is found in the Bible. The Spirit of God has been trying to communicate this to our spirits since 2003. I have taught some things about this, over the years, but it seems many did not hear. Now, I have an urgency in my spirit, to teach and preach these things again. The Lord said to me,

“If there is no declaration, there will be no manifestation.” When the church follows His plan and purpose, the Glory of God will fill His house. We are the temple of the living God. One purpose of this last day outpouring is to get the church ready for the rapture. Many Christians are not ready to stand before the judgment seat of Christ. It is easy to tell by the way they live their lives.

If There Is No Declaration There Will Be No Manifestation

Every Christian will stand before the judgment seat of Christ and will be judged for what they did or did not do while they were on earth. It seems that Revelation 3:14-22 fits this church age. You probably haven’t heard a message about the terror of the Lord lately. For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad. Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men; but we are made manifest unto God; and I trust also are m a d e m a n i f e s t i n y o u r consciences. (2 Cor. 5:10-11) Another purpose of this last day outpouring is to reach this lost world with the gospel of Jesus Christ, with the help of the power of God. It will be one last great witness of the Glory of God, to the world, that Jesus Christ is alive. It’s God’s will that mankind be saved, but many will not receive Jesus Christ and be lost.

The Entire Bible Is True The Old Testament tells us about the covenant God made with mankind.

The New Testament tells us how that covenant was fulfilled through Jesus Christ. Many believe that principles of the Old Testament are no longer for us today. We do govern our lives by the New Testament but it was written from principles found in Old Testament scripture. How many times do the writers of the New Testament quote the Old Testament? An index in the Jewish New Testament catalogs 695 separate quotations from the books of the Old Testament in the New. T h e r e a r e m a n y o t h e r passages where the Old Testament is referred to, as in cases where an Old Testament figure is mentioned, but no specific scripture is quoted. Depending on which scholar's work you examine, the number of quotations and references in the New Testament to the Old may be as high as 4,105, according to the Expositor's Bible Commentary. Jesus quoted scriptures from the Old Testament about 60 times. The Apostle Paul quoted them about 70 times in his letters. The Apostle Paul preached Jesus Christ from the Old Testament. All the Apostles preached Jesus Christ from the Old Testament. That was the only Bible they had!

Principles Of The Promised Land The church is to enter The Spiritual Promised Land in this generation. What is this spiritual promised land? This land is the book of Acts multiplied many times over. It is the five-fold ministry taking their place with the gifts of the Spirit in great demonstrations of His power and glory. The ministry of helps will stand fully in their anointing. Visions, dreams and prophecies, along with angelic visitations will abound. It is designed to bring the church into maturity. It is also to reach the lost with His power and glory. It is to encourage Christians to concentrate on heavenly things and leave earthly desires behind, as they witness His glory. Most Christians do not know the Holy Ghost and many churches have meetings without Him. The church will be reintroduced to the Holy Ghost.

The Pattern Remember, our Heavenly Father always works according to a pattern. The pattern for the last day outpouring is found in what is c a l l e d t h e O l d Te s t a m e n t . Everything God has done in the New Testament is found, by revelation, in the old. Peter preached from the book of Joel on the day of pentecost. Paul and all the Apostles preached Christ from the Old Testament. It is all they had.

Moses And Israel The pattern for entering the Spiritual Promised Land today is found by looking back to Moses and Israel. That generation of people, led by Moses, were delivered from Egypt and went to the physical promised land. There were people that failed to obey God and died in the wilderness. We can all learn from their experience.

Doubt And Caleb stilled the people before Moses, and said, Let us go up at once, and possess it; for we are well able to overcome it. But the men that went up with him said, We be not able to go up against the people; for they are stronger than we. (Numbers 13:30-31) C a l e b , w i t h f a i t h a n d confidence in God’s ability to give them the Promised Land said, “Let us go up at once and possess it!” The other men that went in to see the land said they were not able to possess it. Yes, there were giants in the land, but Caleb knew God was bigger than them. Doubt came upon the people and they desired to stay in the wilderness. Everyone that was twenty years old and above died in the wilderness, because of their doubt and unbelief that day. They wanted to stay in a place of comfort and not have to trust God. That generation did not enter the land.

Generational Doubt We learn that when the Lord speaks, He expects us to do what He said. Doubt is of the devil and should have no part in our lives. It seems that most of the church world is content with the way things are. The idea seems to be, “Just maintain what we have until the rapture takes place." Instead of believing and praying intensely, the church, as a whole, desires a place to play church. They have no idea that this outpouring is available to our generation. This doubt and unbelief grieves the Spirit of God. They will not enter into the Spiritual Promised Land and darkness will come upon them. The generation that fails to believe and obey God will fail to receive the blessings of God. Those who believe this way want to place all the responsibility on Jesus Christ. He places it upon us to be led by His Spirit and obey Him.

Prophetic Words For over one hundred years, every anointed minister of God has prophesied about the last day outpouring of the Spirit of God -Wi l l i am Seymour, Char les Parham, Smith Wigglesworth, Wi l l iam Brannon, Kathryn Kuhlman, Oral Roberts, Lester Summrall, Kenneth Hagin and too many others to list.

Is it possible that all these men and women of God, who prophesied the exact same thing in different words, missed God? I don’t believe they all missed God. I believe they were speaking the Word of the Lord for us to believe and obey. I believe it agrees with the Bible which is the most important issue. In Acts two, God poured out His Spirit, and in these days the outpouring will spread word wide in multiplication.

Moses Moses was raised up by God to lead his generation out of Egypt into the Promised Land. He was delivered from death by a miracle of God. He was allowed to go through different challenges so he could learn to obey the L o r d . H e h a d s u c h a n overwhelming desire, from God, to help God’s people that he killed a man and fled for his life. After forty years in the desert, he was chosen by God to lead His generation. God chose one man to receive revelation from Him, face to face, in behalf of that entire generation. Moses received the laws, guidelines and directions and communicated them to the people. When the people failed to obey what Moses told them, God got angry. Some disagreed with what Moses said and were reprimanded by God Himself.

Joshua Moses died, not entering the Promised Land. That did not end the plan of God for that generation to enter the land. The plan of God would be fulfilled through Joshua and the people obeying what Moses told them to do. God spoke to Joshua and gave him strict directions to follow what Moses said. God told him it would make their way prosperous and it would bring good success. Only be thou strong and very courageous, that thou mayest observe to do according to all the law, which Moses my servant commanded thee:turn not from it to the right hand or to the left, that t h o u m a y e s t p r o s p e r whithersoever thou goest. (Joshua 1:7) Joshua, nor the people, could come up with a different vision or plan. They had to follow what Moses said to enter the land.

Kenneth Erwin Hagin The Lord Jesus Christ told me that Dad Hagin had a ministry to his generation like Moses had to his generation. The Lord Jesus Christ spoke to him face to face. And there arose not a prophet since in Israel like unto Moses, whom the Lord knew face to face. (Deuteronomy 34:10) I remember when Dad Hagin moved to heaven, ministers were saying his anointing was coming on this minister or that one. My spirit told me that was not correct, but I didn’t know why.

While sitting at his funeral, I asked the Lord who would be the next minister like Dad Hagin. The Lord said to me, “Deuteronomy 34:10, will answer that for you. There will not be another minister just like the ministry of Kenneth Hagin before the rapture of the church. I asked the Lord, why? He said, “It is not necessary because the revelation has already been given to this generation through Kenneth Hagin. I t is t ime for this generation to believe the words of my prophet and do what he taught you from me.” I can tell you the exact opposite happened when Dad Hagin moved to heaven. Some were so glad he was gone they actually rejoiced. Some that were very close to him had come to despise him in his latter days because he corrected them, and challenged them on their pet, unbiblical, false doctrines. Some very close to him immediately started removing anything he influenced from them. They were now free to follow their flesh and yield to false doctrines and seducing spirits. And they did. These people now live in spiritual blindness and wouldn’t know the Holy Ghost if He came walking down the isle with a red hat on, turning cart wheels. If you follow their advise, you will miss God 100%. If you want to go on with God, get on the wagon with RGM. We are going on with God.
