DeFeo, Jr. is strategic transactions lawyer with nearly three decades of experience in corporate finance, mergers & acqui- sitions, and cross-border transactions, most frequently for large-scale public and multinational companies. Over the past 29 years he has lead international teams on six continents, structuring public and private offerings of equity and debt and other corporate finance deals (from $25 million to $500 million) and leading numerous sophisticated cross-border deals (including the $3.3 billion merger of two multinational companies).
