Stage 2: Web Platform. An application for querying inventory data, and framework for distributing inventory data.

1. Develop a framework for the dictionary2. Review GHG, BC, CAC inventories published by federal governments3. Review secondary inventories: sub-national inventories, GHG Protocol inventories, ISO standards, etc..

Prioritize meeting with inventory experts and development teams, data modelers.

2. What can we do (short-term) and the CEC do (long-term) to encourage you to use the data structures as defined in this dictionary?

What exactly do you mean by “use the data structures?!”

We don’t mean change the data model, or the process of your inventory.

We do mean:

1. Work with the CEC to publish inventory in RDF/XML markup defined by data dictionary.

2. Work with the CEC to apply RDFa tags to publications of the inventory.
