Moreton Bay Healthy and Active Ageing Expo

Calling all seniors, baby boomers and their families to come and join the Moreton Bay Healthy Ageing Partnership in celebrating the Moreton Bay Healthy Active Ageing Expo 2010.

Come and gain a wealth of knowledge on wellness, disease prevention and physical activity opportunities across the region. Free hearing test, blood pressure checks, falls and balance and other health screening available. Learn about nutrition, participate in recreation activities and enjoy many more fun activities.

All this and more will be available at the free Moreton Bay Regional Healthy and Active Ageing Expo on Thursday, August 19 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Morayfield Community Hall and the Morayfield Park Leisure Centre. To kick start the day a Heart Foundation Walking Session will leave Morayfield Park Leisure Centre at 9am.
