We are on the verge of a very historic event for our fraternity. As you see below, the State Moose Association has asked the Women of the Moose to join the State Association. As it stands now 14 associations have made the move to be one. This is the first step for the fraternity as a whole to be one.
Moose International has just sent out notice of a special "One Moose Town Hall" meeting to be held on November 1 - 3, 2019 at the Rosen Shingle Creek Orlando in Florida. Any interested member of the Fraternity is invited to participate.
For the past two years, the Grand Council of the Women of the Moose and the Supreme Council of the Loyal Order of Moose have worked hand-in-hand to establish a strategic plan for women and men to have an equal voice, standing, and opportunity in every Moose Lodge throughout our Fraternity.
As you see the rumors are true, we ARE on a historic path for our future. Ladies, you need to be at this meeting on June 18th. It's time for your voice to be heard.
Fraternally Yours, Richard Smart, Administrator

CHAPTER #155OFFICERS/APPOINTED OFFICERS
Wow! That month went fast! So here we are in June, kicking off summer with some BIG things. First off congratulations to Junior Graduate Regent Joanne Horner and her entire team for making the year! Also congratulations to the entire crew who worked on the record breaking BINGO run! From the callers, to the sellers, floor walkers and kitchen crew, thank you from the bottom of our hearts! If you are available on Wednesday nights, we can use your talents! Next up is WOTM Training on June 1st. The class is $10 and lunch is $5. This is a great way to learn more about WOTM and what each officer is responsible for. June 4th is our Community Service Activity Meeting, I can’t wait to see what Jennifer Becker, Community Service Chair, has planned for us. Following our normal business meeting on June 18 we will be holding a Special Meeting at 8:30 to discuss the invitation by the State Association for the Wisconsin Women of the Moose to join the Wisconsin State Moose Association. This time will be used to discuss the pros and cons and actually vote upon this historical invitation. You shall be receiving a notice in the mail for this and your committee assignments soon, if you haven’t already! Moosefest, once again, graces our pavilions June 21-23, we are looking for volunteers to sell cookbooks. Speaking of our cookbooks, have you gotten yours yet? There are some great recipes for all your summer cookouts and graduation parties! Moosefest will feature Bingo on Saturday and a Quarter Auction on Sunday. I’m very excited to be wrapping up June with my first trip to Moose International Convention in Las Vegas! Can’t wait for all of the information to bring back to all of you! Just a reminder, we could really use some volunteers to check Moose ID’s at the door on Friday nights. There is a calendar posted on the LOOM bulletin board for sign up.Congratulations to Jennifer Scarlato, the June Co-worker of the month, enjoy your parking space! Viva Las WOTM, Kellee K. Chwala
