DATED NOVEMBER 18, 2016 THAT IS APPENDED TO PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS. THIS REPORT

IDENTIFIES LOCATIONS OF EXISTING DETECTED ASBESTOS AND LEAD PAINT ON THE FIRST

FLOOR OF 1080 EMELINE.

2. THE COUNTY WILL ABATE THE ACOUSTICAL PLASTER IN THE LOBBY, TSI FITTINGS, TRANSITE

COUNTERTOPS AND SPLASHES, AND CERAMIC TILE WAINSCOTING IN EXISTING AFFECTED

RESTROOMS. THIS WORK WILL BE DONE UNDER A SEPARATE CONTRACT.

3. EXISTING ASBESTOS CONTAINING FLOOR TILE AND MASTIC AND CEMENT PANELS UNDER

EXISTING EXTERIOR WINDOWS WILL REMAIN IN PLACE. GENERAL CONTRACTOR TO MINIMIZE
