CV WritingCV Writing can be a useful and productive tool to help assist individuals to gain that entry point in to a new company and get that interview. Interview TechniquesOur Interview Techniques will result in us working closely with individuals for 2-3 hours to ensure that you are given the necessary tools to increase your ability to attend an interview and secure that position, this includes:• Understanding Interview Techniques• Interview Questioning (Interviewer & Interviewee)• Interview Role Play• Interview Preparation• Work Ready Training
Confidence BuildingThe Confidence Building offering will provide individuals with a number of techniques to increase confidence including:• Presentation Skills• Scenario & Role Play• Specific relaxation skills• Managing Adrenaline

Professionally DeliveredAll individuals used to deliver our Training Programs have a minimum of PTLLS Qualification in Adult Teaching. You can therefore rest assured that the delivery of any training will be professional, thorough and ethical.
Cost EffectiveAll our products and services are competitively priced, however as we appreciate that Employability Training is usually delivered as part of a Public Sector Contract we have managed to reduce our fees to on £50 per learner (based on at least 5-learners per booking.
Results DrivenOur Employability Training is delivered by seasoned Recruitment Professionals which will teach the latest methods used by both Recruiters and Employers when assessing individuals for their vacant positions. Therefore, once an individual has attended our program, the learner will immediately benefit form their attendance in a workable CV, understanding the types of interviews and practicing interview techniques, gaining new skills to manage and increase their confidence. This is only possible because our program is as holistic as the individual learner and is developed with the learner experience at the heart of our business.
