Mono-Block TM II The Mono-Block TM II is designed for use with smart injector controllers or as slave units The Mono-Block™ II stainless steel injector block is the industry’s most widely used additive injector installed at load racks, pipelines, chemical storages, distribution facilities and aviation refuelling / additive injection systems around the world. It is designed to work seamlessly with Honeywell Enraf’s Smart injector controllers (Mini-Pak TM 3000 and Mini-Pak TM 6) or as a slave unit with latest generation loading presets and TAS systems. The compact assembly features a solid block design manufactured in stainless steel, housing a mini oval gear meter, solenoid valve, integral check-valves, needle valves, and in-let strainer all machined directly into the injector block. Combining the functionalities into a single monolithic manifold block reduces the footprint, which is critical when limited spaces are available for on-board truck applications and truck loading racks. Additionally, combining the solenoid, meter, and test port into a single manifold eliminates most potential leak points common to stick built manifolds assembled in the field.
