Merry Christmas and Holiday Greetings to everyone!!!

Hard to believe this is the last month of 2018. Hope you enjoy the events we are having this season.

Kicking off the season we have our Holiday Tea and Vendors Market this Saturday December 1st. The Vendors start at 1:00pm and the tea begins at 2:00pm. The market is free to attend and the tea is $5.00. Come with your family and enjoy a glass of wine or eggnog if tea and coffee are not for you. The shopping will be great! Hope to see you there!

Thank you to our kitchen staff, vendors and volunteers for making this event possible. Raffle tickets will be on sale the weeks before the event and the day of. The draw date will be December 13th. Special thanks to our volunteers Shelly and Karen Franks for your raffle donations. You can really see the endless hours that went into the crafting of the prizes. Proceeds from the tea and market go towards further enhancement of the programs offered to our residents.

A special thank you to the committee who put together this year’s Remembrance Day Service and to the residents who helped us by laying a wreath and reading for us all. Mostly thank you again to the men and women who fought for our freedom and continue to do so.

Please note: Most Special Events and Activities are listed above.

· Bayview Neighborhood will be having their Christmas Party on Thursday December 20th at 2:00PM

· No Mass on December 25th or Anglican Service on December 26th

· Recreation Department will be closed on December 25th & 26th.

Starting in February we will be offering a second Happy Hour on the first Thursday of the month at 6:30PM. We would like to extend a special thank you to the family who donated the cost of the entertainer for 1 full year. We also want to thank the volunteers who offered to work this night to help us be able to offer this extra Happy Hour, without these 2 groups we would not be able to offer this extra event each month.
