Summarise the story so far.

For example: A fable ‘The Fox and the Crow’ by Aesop

Story summary: A greedy fox spots a crow with delicious cheese. The fox desires

the cheese and longs to eat it. Thinking of a cunning plan, the fox tricks the crow into

dropping the tasty morsel. He flatters the crow so much that she drops the cheese

straight into his mouth.

The ocean covers about 70 percent of Earth’s surface and plays a large part in

Earth’s environment. One of its important roles is to soak up energy (heat) and

share it more evenly throughout the Earth. The ocean also helps to absorb Earth’s

Weekly Art project:

Natural object collage

Whilst you’re on your daily walk over the next few days collect

natural objects: pinecones, leaves, flowers, sticks. Use the objects

to create a collage, thinking carefully about the different textures

and shapes you can create using different objects. The art can be as

big or small as you like and would work well as a collaborative

piece with other members of your family.
