Moments In TimePsalm 92:14
We shall still bear fruit in old age. We shall be fresh and flourishing.

Old age is winter, for many people, but for those who have Godly
wisdom and Hope, it is the Joyful and fruitful time of harvest.
So long as we continue to be amazed at the wonder of God’s Love in His
Creation, we wont grow old... Yes we will in the body but not in the soul.
The entire life of a human being depends upon “yes” and “no”
Yes to all that God’s Promised or No I would rather run
my own show.
What ever Pathway we choose It will count for Eternity.
So let’s seek the Lord in all we do and His Love, Peace, Joy, Hope and Rest
will see us through.
Old age arrives suddenly, as does the Snow…
One morning, on awakening, one realizes that everything is white but with the right Focus it will be alright.
It is by growing old that one learns to remain young, because the things that weighed us down we can clearly
see are not as important as we always thought them to be.
If someone declares that they are able to do everything at Sixty that they were able
to do at Twenty, then it is said… Perhaps they were not doing very much
when they were Twenty.
Yet who can say… because maybe at Sixty they do things better and times not
wasted even if they do less and so it appears they can achieve what a Twenty year old can only seek to dream or wish
they could do.
Old age with Godly Wisdom embellishes everything.
It has the effect of the setting Sun on the beautiful twilights
of Autumn.
It gives depth and Insight that radiates from within.
As we grow old, we can see more clearly our weaknesses and shortcomings yet with
the Lord’s help we can put them behind, because we know they do not serve any
useful purpose and this has been proved to us by the passage of time.
Although we continue to learn and grow we are now closer to Holiness and Perfection in
The Lord.
There are four great periods in the life of a person The Birth ... The Discovery ...
The Commitment... The Fulfilment ...
The rest is what makes them possible so we don't waste a moment.
We can accept our wrinkles, grey hair and age spots without fear that they
devalue us…
They are the roadmaps of life a sign that we are travelling the road that God
laid out for us in the beginning, because our time on this earth is in His hands.
Age is in the Heart, not the body. It is a matter of the Spirit, not the years
we have lived…Although through these years we
can gain something that is far more valuable, and offers the world far more
than just a pretty picture…
Godly wisdom, knowledge, experience, kindness, compassion and
understanding.
The advance of years is Not something to be feared or
regretted… They are not a step down,
but rather they can be a change to a higher level of understanding
when we can appreciate and share the more important values of life, enjoying more fully the blessings
we have been given.
There may be times of Sorrow and the road ahead will seem rough but as we Trust in the Lord He will see us through and no matter
what the burden He will lift it off too.
So we hold onto the good let go of the bad rejoice and be thankful and our
hearts will be glad.
It has been said as old as one might be, one is always younger than they will ever be.
But God’s word tells us… We who hope in the Lord will renew our
strength. We will soar on wings like eagles we will run and not grow
weary, we will walk and not be faint Isaiah 40:31
Now That’s Young!
