Approval of Minutes: Danielle Portillo Freshman Class President motions to approve minutes with correction from October 24th 2nd: Mollie Mae McCory abstain:liz Spencer, Thomas Mascia, Mary Ryan, Grace Anne Crockett, Joseph Thomas, Nicole Contreras--motion passes! 4. Guests i. Acceptance Letter and Folder, Dr. Drew Bogner -- -- Want to make some improvements in the acceptance letter for students. Want to create language that makes it more inviting and exciting. Would love feedback -- Anika: We would be happy to have you as part of our family Mollie: Us being a tight nit Community/Family Grace: try to tie in the dominican tradition Breann: We only really read the your accepted part Meghan/Mary: talk more specifically what program they have been approved into. Jeff: Possibly create a laptop sticker that you have been accepted into Molloy. 5. Committees i. 11/1: Food Committee Meeting, 2pm-3pm, PS Club Room -Jeffery: want to make a change within the food system. Want to see what can be done to make improvements. 6. Legislature Officer Reports: a. Programming Coordinators i. HALLOWEEN PARTY Feedback Feedback: Great decoration choice! DJ could have been a wider variety of music for others. Mollie: Wished it was PRed more for athletes and hoped for more students. If asked to do a job you really should keep up on it and do your job. ii. 12/5: Hats and Stockings-- Decorating of both hats and stockings on December 5th in the public square. Jeffrey Lozano Programming Coordinator motions for funds not to exceed 1,000 dollars for hats and stocks 2nd: Mary-Kate Hickey --motion passes! -- create a way that public safety can announce events in the dorms b. Communications Coordinators i. No Report c. updates to come!

i. Mr. Molloy Update-- The event is Canceled. ii. Bake Sales: December 4th and 7th iii. 7th-- hot chocolate based iv. 4th--- possibly raffle off gift cards and baked goods for Gala Mr. Molloy-- might be done in the spring Motion for Harvest fest: Liz Spencer Senior Class President motions for funds not to exceed 362.50 Dollars for harvest fest 2nd: motion passes!

ii. Juniors i. 11/15: Harvest Fest, 12pm-2pm, P.S Lawn --Gettings Pigs and animals for this day.

ii. Mary Ryan Junior Class President motions for 25 dollars for tips and things for harvest fest 2nd: Sara Miller-- motion passes

iii. 11/16: Hoedown, 7pm-10pm, “Hays” Theater-- process of possibly working with RHA on this event. Will let you know moving forward. Grace Anne Crockett Junior Class President motions for funds not to exceed 500 dollars for Hoedown 2nd: Katie Scandiffio --motion passes

Blanket Sale: Wednesday, November 8th Table Day-- google Docs have been sent out! Class Meeting November 21st: Breakfast with concerns-- Thomas Mascia Junior Class President motions for funds not to exceed 100 dollars for class meeting 2nd: Breann Rissland --- motion passes! Tony Ricigliano Academic Chair Motions to limit discussion to 3 minutes for the rest of the meeting 2nd: Liz Spencer -- motion passes!

iii. Sophomores i. 11/14: Let Your Voice Be Heard - KARAOKE, 7pm-10pm, Hays -Kayla Lapitan

ii. 12/4: Pie Your Peers & Professors!, 1pm-5pm, PS Patio -- Come help out and get pied to assist us!

iii. 12/5: "We'll Be There For You" Game Night Event, 5:30pm-8:30pm, PS Larini -- Kayla Lapitan Sophomore Class President motions for funds not to exceed 350 dollars for giveaways for the event 2nd: Anika--- motion passes!

i. Freshmen Class Meeting Feedback-- great turn out! talked about upcoming events and things!

ii. 11/6: Game Night Out, 8pm-11pm, Res Hall Lawn--Giving out Mugs for the event-- should be a great event! Come help us out.

iii. Creating Crewnecks as a fundraiser and will be selling them for 25 dollars! November 9th 10am-4pm Table Day-- will create a sign up! Will be creating an order form. Nicole Contrera Freshman Class President motions for funds not to exceed 250 dollars from our budget to pay for Christmas sweaters 2nd: Kayla Marie Lapitan --motion passes

f. H.O.P.E.

i. 11/4-11/5: Campus Ministries Fall Retreat in Goshen, NY, $35 ii. Sponsor a family-- let's create a sponsor a family through Government!

iii. Midnight Run- Help get supplies that are needed!

g. S.A.A.C. i. 11/1: Women’s Soccer (ECC Tournament), 1:00pm, Mercy College

ii. 11/1: Women’s Volleyball, 7pm, Quealy i. Volleyball is tied for 1st place with LIU Post-- Need to show more support and
