Maximize termination production with Molex’s Pneumatic Air-Powered Crimp Tool, providing contract manufactures and harness houses hands-free crimping operations for increased output with the option to use existing Molex crimp heads and die sets for cost reductions

Terminating wires from 10 to 32 AWG is now effortless with Molex’s Pneumatic Air-Power Crimp Tool. Replacing hand tools with the air-power tool increases production flexibility. With an interchangeable crimp-head and die-set design, applied cost savings are achieved.

The Molex Air-Powered Crimp Tool is shipped in a hard carrying case for easy mobility and storage. The air tool requires 6 to 6.5 BAR (87 to 94 PSI) of air pressure with a maximum of 8 BAR (116 PSI). The production rate of this tool can be as high as 600 terminations per hour depending on application and operator experience.
