¤   M.Sc.   (Physiology):   “   Studies   on   the   effects   of   glucocorticoid   hormones   on   fibrinolysis”.   The  effects  of  hydrocortisone  on  the  fibrinolytic  activity  were  studied  in  dogs.  In  vivo  and  in  vitro  experiments  were  done  to  reveal  possible  mechanisms  of  glucocorticoid  action  on  fibrinolysis.  

¤   M.Sc.   (Pediatrics):   “   Acute   liver   failure   in   childhood”.   The   striking   metabolic   changes   and  disturbances   in   vital   organs   associated  with   acute   liver   failure  were   reviewed.   The   different  etiological  factors,  diagnostic  techniques  and  management  strategies  were  discussed.
