Job Description The E&PPRR Director, will be in charge of the new step in the AIESEC XP, Engagement, will create and execute activities in order to achieve the BHAG, and also will have the opportunity to create GCPs not only for AIESEC Colombia, also for AIESEC International, and be the best LC in Engagement Activities in the World. Also will be in charge of the Brand Management of the LC in the external sector, trough media apparitions, newsletters and execution of a PPRR Plan, this plan has been created and the Director will only be in charge of tracking and execution with the LCVPs. You will dare yourself in a professional way, developing PPRR Skills, Sales skills, Project development and product development skills, and finally you will be the bridge in positioning between the LC and Barranquilla.
