Application :

Achetez en une fois la quantit ncessaire au chantier (nos produits voluent avec le temps) et mlangez-les Pierres de plusieurs botes pour garantir une harmonie des nuances. 1. Commencez poser vos pierres par le bas du mur. Utilisez un niveau afin dassurer la parfaite horizontalit des plaques. 2. Retirez les protections des bandes adhsives au dos des plaques, et posez-les sur le mur en respectant le Sens de pose (voir pictogramme sur la bote). 3. Appliquez les plaques sur le mur en appuyant en maintenant au moins 5 secondes. Attention les plaques ne sont pas repositionnables. 4. Montage :

1. Beginnen Sie am unteren Rand der Wand mit dem Anbringen der Ziegel. Verwenden Sie eine Wasserwaage, um die horizontale Ausrichtung der Platten zu gewhrleisten.

Per tagliare i pannelli, utilizzare un saracco prima di rimuovere la protezione dalladesivo; per tagli particolari (interruttore, presa, ecc.) possibile impiegare una raspa da legno o una sega a tazza. 5. Proteggere le pietre di rivestimento con uno spray impermeabilizzante per facilitarne la manutenzione.

Proteja las piedras del revestimiento mediante un espray hidrfugo para facilitar su mantenimiento. Dposez des plots de MODULOCOLLE (produits intrieur) ou COLLE EXTRA (produits intrieur/extrieur ou extrieur) au dos des plaques laide dune spatule colle. Le double encollage est obligatoire pour les produits intrieur/extrieur ou extrieur. 4. Appliquez les plaques sur le mur en appuyant et en effectuant un mouvement de va-et-vient horizontal et en laissant un espace entre elles. 5. Si vous avez besoin de dcouper les plaques, vous pouvez utiliser une scie gone (produits intrieur) ou une meuleuse dangles (produits intrieur/extrieur). La rpe bois ainsi que la scie cloche peuvent tre utilises en cas de dcoupes particulires (interrupteur/prise). Pour respecter le caractre rustique de certains modles, il est prfrable de casser plutt que de scier. 6. En fonction du modle choisi, excutez le joint avec MODULOJOINT ou JOINT A LANCIENNE 24 heures aprs la pose. 7. Prparez le mortier, coupez le bout de la poche en biais (2 3 cm), remplissez la poche moiti et, en pressant, remplissez les joints ras-bord en maintenant la poche au fond de la gorge en contact avec le mur. Sil dborde sur les pierres, laissez-le saffermir et supprimez lexcdent lors du grattage final. 8. Ds que le mortier commence prendre (1 heure), serrez le joint laide du fer joint. 9. Pour finir, les joints rguliers devront tre lisss au fer, les autres la brosse (ne pas utiliser de brosse mtallique ni dponge). 10. Protgez vos plaques dventuelles projections deau en appliquant le spray hydrofuge et olofuge MODULO PROTECTION DE PLAQUETTES DE PAREMENT. Il est recommand de travailler par tranches de 3m environ.

2. INSTALLATION

To respect the character of rustic style plates, it is preferable to break them rather than saw them. 6. In Ihrer Schachtel verfgen Sie ber eine groe Vielzahl von Modellen und Farbtnen. Es wird angeraten, die Platten aus mehreren Schachteln zu vermengen. Wir empfehlen ebenfalls, die gesamte erforderliche Menge fr die Baustelle auf ein Mal zu kaufen (undere Produkte entwickeln sich im Laufe der Zeit). 2. COLOCACIN

1. Trace unas marcas de nivel cada 50 cm. Se aconseja colocar las placas de arriba abajo para evitar que se ensucien. 2. En caso necesario, retire las rebabas que hayan podido quedar en la parte trasera de las placas con una escofina. 3. Coloque pequeos montones de MODULOCOLLE (productos para interior) o COLLE EXTRA (productos para interior/exterior o exterior), en la parte trasera de las placas. 4. Aplquelas sobre la pared presionando y realizando un movimiento de vaivn horizontal, dejando un espacio entre ellas. Tambin se puede trabajar con doble encolado (soporte + placa), tcnica obligatoria para los productos interior/exterior o exterior. 5. Estas placas se cortan muy fcilmente con un serrucho de carpintero. La escofina y sierras redondas se pueden utilizar en caso de cortes especiales (interruptor/toma, etc.). Para respetar el carcter rstico de ciertos modelos, es preferible romper las placas en vez de serrarlas. 6. En funcin del modelo escogido, realice la junta con MODULOJOINT o JOINT A LANCIENNE 24 horas despus de la colocacin. 7. Prepare el mortero, corte la extremidad de la bolsa oblicuamente (2 a 3 cm), llene la bolsa hasta la mitad y, presionando, rellene las juntas hasta el nivel del borde manteniendo la bolsa en el fondo de la ranura en contacto con la pared. 8. En cuanto el mortero empiece a fraguar ( 1 hora), cierre la junta con el llaguero. 9. Para el acabado, las juntas regulares debern alisarse con el llaguero, las otras se cepillarn con un cepillo (no utilice cepillo metlico ni esponja) 10. Para proteger las placas contra las eventuales proyecciones de agua, aplique el spray MODULO PROTECTION DE PLAQUETTES DE PAREMENT. Se recomienda trabajar por franjas de aproximadamente 3 m.

2. VERLEGEN

Es ist auch mglich, beide Teile (sowol Trger als auch Platte) mit dem Klebmittel einzustreichen (doppeltes Einleimen). 4. Die Platten sind dann fest an die Wand gedrckt. Dabei ist eine waagerechte Hin- und Herbewegung auszufhren, so dass schlielich zwichen den Platten ein Abstand bleibt. 5. Die Platten knnen leicht mit einem Fuchsschwanz zugeschnitten werden. Fr das Herstellen besonderer Ausschnitte (Schalter, Steckdosen, ...) kann man die Holzraspel und eine Lochsge verwenden. 6. In Abhngigkeit vom Typ der gewhlten Platte ist die Fuge 24 Stunden nach dem Verlegen mit MODULOJOINT oder JOINT A LANCIENNE auszufllen. 7. Den Fugenmrtel vorbereiten, die Spitze des Beutels schrg anschneiden (2 bis 3 cm), den Beutel zur Hlfte fllen, drcken und die Fugen bis zur Oberkante ausfllen. Dabei muss sich die Spitze des Beutels am Boden der Fuge und im Kontakt mit der Wand befinden. Sollte etwa Mrtel berlaufen, lt man ihn etwa fest werden, um den berschu dann beim abschlieenden Ausschaben zu entfernen. 8. Sobald der Mrtel anfngt abzubinden (1 Stunde) ist die Fuge mit dem Fugeneiser zu verpressen. 9. Regelmige Fugen sind mit dem Fugeneisen zu gltten, die anderen werden mit einer harten Brste ausgebrstet. Auf keinen Fall darf man eine Sthalbrste oder einen Schwamm verwenden. 10. Um die Platten gegen eventuelles Spritzwasser zu schtzen, ist der wasser- und labweisende Spray MODULO PROTECTION PLAQUETTES DE PAREMENT zu verwenden. OHNE FUGE 1. VORBEREITENBevor die Platte angebracht wird, ist zu berprfen, dass der Untergrund trocken und gesund ist. Alte Anstriche sind abzukratzen und alte Tapeten sind zu entfernen. Auf einen unstabilen Untergrund (Holz, Metall, Steingut, feuchte Rume) oder auf einen Untergrund, der Temperaturen von mehr als 50 C ausgesetzt ist, sollte nicht geklebt werden. In Ihrer Schachtel verfgen Sie ber eine groe Vielzahl von Modellen und Farbtnen. Es wird angeraten, die Platten aus mehreren Schachteln zu vermengen. Wir empfehlen ebenfalls, die gesamte erforderliche Menge fr die Baustelle auf ein Mal zu kaufen (undere Produkte entwickeln sich im Laufe der Zeit). Bei den meisten Artikeln gibt es Teile mit vorstehenden Ecken (in der Verkaufsstelle oder beim Kundendienst von MODULO kann man entrsprechende Erkundigungen einholen). Teile fr Ecken sowie fr Rnder an Tren, Fenstern, Sockelleisten und Gesimse sind auf jeden Fall vor den Standardsteinen anzubringen, um strende Abschnitte zu vermeiden.

2. COLOCACIN

1. Trace unas marcas de nivel cada 50cm. Se aconseja colocar las placas de arriba abajo para evitar que se ensucien. 2. En caso necesario, retire las rebabas que hayan podido quedar en la parte trasera de las placas con una escofina. 3. Coloque pequeos montones de MODULOCOLLE (productos de tipo interior) o COLLE EXTRA (productos de tipo interior/exterior o exterior), en la parte trasera de las placas. Trabaje con doble encolado (soporte + placa) para los productos de tipo interior/exterior o exterior. 4. Aplquelas sobre la pared presionando y realizando un movimiento de vaivn horizontal. 5. Los productos para el interior se cortan muy fcilmente con un serrucho de carpintero. La escofina y sierras redondas se pueden utilizar en caso de cortes especiales (interruptor/toma, etc.). Utilice una esmeriladora para los productos interior/exterior. 6. Para proteger las placas contra las eventuales proyecciones de agua, aplique el spray MODULO PROTECTION DE PLAQUETTES DE PAREMENT. Se recomienda trabajar por franjas de aproximadamente 3m.

2. VERLEGEN

1. Alle 50 cm sollten Linien fr das Ausrichten gezogen werden. Es wird empfohlen, beim Verlegen von oben nach unten zu areiten, um Verschmutzungen zu vermeiden. 2. Der gegebenfalls auf der Rckseite der Platten vorhandene Pregrat ist mit einer Holzraspel zu entfernen. 3. Jetzt ist MODULOCOLLE (Innenausgestaltung) oder COLLE EXTRA ( Innen/Auen- oder Auenausgestaltung) auf der Rckseite der Platten aufzutragen. Es ist auch mglich, beide Teile (sowol Trger als auch Platte) mit dem Klebmittel einzustreichen (doppeltes Einleimen). 4. Die Platten sind dann fest an die Wand gedrckt. Dabei ist eine waagerechte Hin- und Herbewegung auszufhren. 5. Die Innen- Platten knnen leicht mit einem Fuchsschwanz zugeschnitten werden. Fr das Herstellen besonderer Ausschnitte (Schalter, Steckdosen, ...) kann man die Holzraspel und eine Lochsge verwenden. Die Innen/ Auen- Platten sind mit Hilfe eines Winkelschleifers zuzuschneiden. 6. Um die Platten gegen eventuelles Spritzwasser zu schtzen, ist der wasser- und labweisende Spray MODULO PROTECTION PLAQUETTES DE PAREMENT zu verwenden. Es wird empfohlen, jeweils in Abschnitten von etwa 3 m zu arbeiten.

Raschiare la vernice, scollare le precedenti carte da parati. Non incollare su supporti instabili (legno, metallo, maiolica, locali umidi) o in luoghi esposti a temperature superiori a 50 C (interno), o 70 C (esterno). Nella confezione inclusa una grande variet di modelli e di tonalit. Si raccomanda di utilizzare piastre prelevate da diverse confezioni. Si raccomanda inoltre di acquistare la quantit necessaria in cantiere in una sola volta (i nostri prodotti evolvono nel tempo). Per la maggior parte degli articoli, sono disponibili degli angolari sporgenti (informarsi presso il servizio assistenza clienti Modulo). Supporti ammissibili: gesso, carton gesso, mattone (interno), o concrete, calcestruzzo, rivestimento in cemento (esterno). Esclusioni: suoli e piano di muro.

2. POSA

1. Tracciare dei tratti di livello ogni 50 cm. Si consiglia di effetuare la posa dallalto verso il basso per evitare la formazione di sporcizia. 2. Eliminare, se necesario, le sbavure eventualmente presenti sul retro delle piastre, utilizzando una raspa per legno. 3. Deporre dei blocchi di MODULOCOLLE (decorazione interna) o COLLE EXTRA (decorazzione interna/esterna o esterna) sulla parte posteriore delle piastre. 4. Applicare le piastre sulla parete premendo ed effetuando un movimiento avanti-indietro in orizzontale, ponendo attenzione a lasciare un interspazio. 5. Queste piastre si tagliano con molta facilit utilizzando un saracco. La raspa per legno e la sega possono essere utilizzate in caso di tagli particolari (interruttore, presa, ecc.). Per rispettare le caratteristiche della piastra di tipo rustico, preferibile rompere piuttosto di segare. 6. In base alla piastra selezionata, eseguire la giuntura con MODULOJOINT o JOINT A LANCIENNE d ore dopo la posa. 7. Preparare la malta, tagliare lestremit della sacca in obliquo (2-3 cm), riempire la sacca a met e, premendo, rimpiere le fughe a rado del bordo mantenendo la sacca sul fondo della scanalatura, a contatto con la parete. Qualora sbordi sulle pietre, lasciarle stabilizzare, quindi rimuovere leccesso di materiale durante la raschiatura finale. 8. Non appena la malta inizia a rapprendersi (1 ora), serrare il giunto utilizzando un ferro per giunti. 9. Lasciare i giunti regolari con il ferro; spazzolare gli altri con la spazzola in gramigna. In particolare, non utilizzare n spazzole metalliche, n spunge. 10. Per proteggere la piastra da eventiali fuoriuscite dacqua, applicare MODULO PROTECTION PLAQUETTES DE PAREMENT.
