Q2) I would suggest Sachin Tendulkar to be made t he new HR manager of Indian criket team on the basis of past experience and achievements .Here are they 1)Playing in cricket for the past 23 year s and knows inside out of the game more then anyone else. 2)One of the Greatest batsman of all time and commands utmost respect among fellow members,retired cricketers and one n all. 3)No controversies in whole career and one of the most trustworthy and inspiring person. 4)Has had good terms with almost everyone with whom he played as he is humble,downto earth but has great work ethics at the same time. 5)Knows and has played with cricketers in three decades.Has played and worked closely with all the cricketers playing currently in Indian team. 6) Can inspire and motivate easily.can instill the need of that e xtra bit if required.People do listen to sachin and take note.

1)Commitment:Like a good HR Manager needs to be committed to her work to take the team forward

in trying times,Sachin commitment is unparalled and would rub down on the other members of the

team.His Commitment towards the game and country will no doubt help him to work with best of his

capabilities to take the team forward.

2)Motivational: This quality is required for keeping employees happy and satisfactory. The HR

manager should be well versed with her employee’s interests, needs, hopes, desires and values without

which adequate motivation is impossible.Similarly Sachin will exactly know about the members

interests,needs and their hopes.He being a team member will able to communicate more freely and

understand the fellow members in best possible way.Motivation will not be a problem if sachin dones

the mantle to speak with teammates on one to one basis.

3)Fairness and firmness:Like a Good HR Manager needs to be fair in treatment with every employee

teammates and during such a long career he has had quite a great rapport among his mates.
