Pre-requisites for submitting online tender

1. OS Supported: Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows8 and Windows 10.

2. Browsers Supported: Internet Explorer Version 8, 9, 10 and 11.

3. Login to you your PC as administrator or the user must have administrator rights.

4. You must have valid Class–III Digital Certificatewith organization for Signing and Encryption.

5. Driver of e-Token must be installed properly.

6. Token containing digital certificates must be plugged-in to USB slot of your PC.

Steps to be followed before submitting the bid-1. Open the Internet explorer and go to our website by typing complete link i.e.

https://www.iffcoindia.com

2. Now go to Tools -> Internet Options by clicking on Tools menu from menu bar or

Tools icon from left top corner as shown in below image.

3. In the opened window go to “Trusted Sites” and click on Sites button as shown

below.

4. Addhttps://www.iffcoindia.com to trusted sites zone and close the window.

5. Now click on Custom Level Button as shown below-

6. In the coming window scroll down to ActiveX Controls and Plug-ins header and set

the following items to Enable/Disable as shown below-

Allow Scriptlets -> Enable

Download Signed ActiveX Controls -> EnableDownload UnSigned ActiveX Controls -> EnableRun ActiveX Controls and Plug-ins-> EnableDisplay mixed content -> Enable

Don’t prompt for client certificate selection when only one certificate exists ->Disable

Use Pop-up Blocker-> Disable

Now Click on OK button,a new window will prompt wherein you have to click on Yes

button.

7. Go to Content tab and click on Certificate button as shown below-

8. In Certificates window there should be Two valid certificates(One for Signing and aonther one for encryption) displayed as shown below

To check for Signing Certificate-> select the certificate and click on View button, a

Certificates window will appear, now click on Details Tab and scroll to bottom as shown

below. Here in Key Usage Property, Digital Signature should appear.

To check for Encryption Certificate->Select another certificate and click on View button, a

Certificates window will appear, now click on Details Tab and scroll to bottom as shown

below. Here in Key Usage Property, Key Enciphorment(20) should appear.

To verify the certificates, Select any certificate from the list and Click on View Button to view

the details of certificate and go to Certification path tab as shown below-

Here Certification chain must be installed properly and in Certificate status window “This certificate is OK” message should appear.If it is not appearing then install the chain from

respective certificate providers website(e.g n-code solution, Safescrypt, e-Mudhra etc). Now

close all the windows and go to Internet Options.

9. Now go to Advanced Tab in Inter Options window and scroll down to Security and

mark the options as shown below and click on Apply button.

10. Close all the browsers window and restart the internet explorer.

11. Now again go to our website i.e. https://www.iffcoindia.com and click on Test your

Digital Certificate Link as shown below –

12. In this window a prompt will apear at the bottom to install Active-X control, click on

allow button and install it.

13. Once the Active-X is installed follow the steps given on this screen to verify your

Digital Certificate. Once the test is successful you can login using your supplier code

and site and may submit your bid.

Setting for IE 11(This setting is to be done every time you submit/revise your bid)

1. Follow all the settings given above and modify the settings accordingly.

2. At the time of price bid submission please follow the steps

a. Press F12 button on keyboard. A new window of developer tool will appear at the

bottom as shown below

b. Now Click on triangle as shown below-

c. Select the option as Emulation

d. Now Select document as 7 and mode and User Agent String as Internet

Explorer 7, as shown below -

e. Now login and proceed as given in help file on e-procurement website.

If You are getting “Access Denied” Message as shown below then please follow the steps

1. Go to windows Start Button -> Control Panel –> User Accounts

2. Click on “Change user Account Control Settings” as shown below

3. Reset the vertical bar to “Never Notify” as shown below-

4. Restart your machine and try to submit the bid.
