Blake Morgan is a national full service law firm with over 700 staff providing highly tailored legal solutions to individuals, businesses, not-for-profit and government clients.
To consolidate their practice management systems following a period of M&A, Blake Morgan turned to Peppermint to enable continued expansion and business success.

Growing in the cloudNational Legal Service (NLS) is one of the country’s fastest growing national law firms, specialising in Family, Care, Crime and Extradition Law matters.
As the in-house legal team for the National Centre for Domestic Violence, NLS needed a case management system that enables automation of best practice workflows to respond and effectively process high volumes of cases. Since implementation Peppermint CX has already resulted in a 15% improvement in case turn around time, with additional improvements identified to increase this percentage much further.
Peppermint’s cloud-based service was a key enabler for NLS in its office expansion programme. The platform allows new users to be onboarded quickly and easily, enabling NLS to increase headcount by over 100% within the first 12 months following go-live.
