The new and improved 6015T represents the newest technology of DCC Thermometry bridges. The Model 6015T is designed specifically for thermometry applications and provides the best accuracy and convenience based on the most recent developments in current comparator technology. With reversal rates as low as 2 seconds, the 6015T provides fast, continuous measurements with high immunity to thermals and furnace noise. The ratio accuracy can be verified against two stable standard resistors of equal value. The Model 6015T achieves its specifications for a wide range of operating conditions. Cable noise is removed from the measurement of thermometers with 5µK accuracy by using the MI SPSCW four terminal shielded cables supplied with the instrument. Cable probe extensions can be added without concern for thermal gradients in the measurement. With the use of the MI SPSCW cable you can obtain better than 0.02 ppm (20 ppb) accuracy over the thermometry range of 0.2Ω to 1000Ω and higher. The model 6015T is a fully automated thermometry bridge. Using this innovative technology, the 6015T’s speed and measurement accuracy has been improved to outperform measurements made with AC Technology. Only two standard resistors are required for verifying the self-calibration feature of the bridge which can be performed at any time, no other external equipment is required. The Model 6015T is specifically tailored for temperature metrology and includes a wide range of features such as programmable excitation current including √2 and 1/√2 currents. The maximum ratio of 1.5:1 improves the overall noise level while automatic current reversal insures that all dc offsets and thermal emf’s are eliminated. The Model 6015T comes standard with rear panel connections. Optional front panel terminals are also available. The number of inputs can be expanded for multiple inputs when used with a ten and/or twenty channel, low thermal matrix scanner (Models 4210A, 4210B or 4220A, 4220B). Touch Screen Display:

The Summary tab screen displays measurement parameters as well as graphical information for current measurement and can be viewed in ratio, Ohms, and in Degrees Celcius, Fahrenheit or Kelvin values.

The Table screen list is chronoligical list of measurements results in ratio, resistance and temperature.

The Measurement Info screen displays measurement parameters for the current measurement such as applied current, number of samples, reversal rate and value of the standard resistor being used.

The graph screen displays a graphical representation of the individual measurement data plots.
