Introduction
WhatsApp marketing consists for the sending of text messages up to 4000 characters and multimedia messages of Audio in MP3, Video in MP4 and Images in JPEG. With our store and forward feature 10 MB capacity is supported. Captions may be added or modified for each campaign
VCards are provided for Click to Call enablement, however clickable URL are no longer supported in WhatsApp
Dual messages of different content sent over the same channel are supported. Instead of charging for a double message we bill for 1.5 messages
Mobility Target Database
We provide a filtering service to identify which mobile numbers in your database are registered WhatsApp users
Additionally we provide a database of WhatsApp mobile numbers in the country / city that you indicate
Platform and Capacity Mobility WhatsApp is provided on a VPS and each customer
receives their own dedicated server. Senders are not included and need to be provided by the customer. On average 20 to 50 sends are the life of a sender before it gets blocked. As a rule of thumb 25 sends should be used in your calculations
We include the features to upload a logo as a sender profile image and for Iphones a Nick Name is displayed in the inbox
Capacity is from 50,000 to 70,000 messages daily based on content
For major accounts with constant traffic we may propose a multiple VPS solution to meet their needs
Price
The purchase for the VPS with 2 million message credits is 5000 € (pre-paid) and includes the hosting for 3 months and also covers the support for 1 year, free upgrades and a remote training course.
1 million message top ups have a cost 1800 € and may be paid for within a week of purchase.
There will be 30 days notice before any price increase
Software version and Support
As a matter of policy new software versions are provided at no cost and the principal emphasis is to minimise the amount of sender blocking
We have remote access to each customer VPS and provide prior notice before an upgrade
Implementation and Training Within 5 business days of receiving your purchase and payment
your system will be brought into service and we will provide the access details
The technical training course will take roughly 4 hours and will be provided remotely at no cost to the customer
Reports Mobility Reports provide 3 outcomes :
1 Tick is sent
2 Ticks is Delivered
3 Ticks is Opened or responded to
Obviously the more you wait to generate the report the greater the delivered and opened rate
Also Sender reports are available
