• What are transit agencies doing?
Issued press release of COVID-19 health guidance in multiple languages
Issued internal memo to tell employees of strengthened cleaning at high touch areas – handrails, door doorknobs, phones, etc.
Updating website with emergency preparedness actions
Created online blog and email blasts with transit alerts
Agencies suspended fares for less contact/interaction
