1 SAP SuccessFactors Mobile Features

The SAP SuccessFactors Mobile app features, through the February 2022 release (iOS v7.1.0, Android v7.1.0), are currently available on iOS and Android devices except where otherwise noted.

The 43 languages that are supported on the SAP SuccessFactors web application are also supported in Mobile apps. SAP SuccessFactors Mobile supports the following platform versions:

● iOS: 14.0 and above● Android: 8.0 and above

1.1 Basics

These are the basic features that are supported for SAP SuccessFactors Mobile. All features are currently available on iOS and Android devices except where otherwise noted.

My Profile Enables you to make changes to your per­sonal profile information to include your ca­reer history, skills, and other information about yourself. Only people with the proper permissions will be able to see the informa­tion in your profile.

We strongly recommend that you do not enable Payroll Information to be accessed through My Profile in the SAP SuccessFactors Mobile app. This is because Employee Central People Profile web application links are not usable through the Mobile app.

Feature Description Note

Manager Team View Manager team view displays the status of your direct reports, information about your team, and gives you tools to help you manage your team.

Search & Org Chart Search allows you to search for employees within your company and provides recent search results in frequency order. Org Chart allows you to browse your company's org chart hierarchy.

1.2 Employee Central

These are the features that are supported for Mobile Employee Central. All features are currently available on iOS and Android devices except where otherwise noted.

Employee Self Service (ESS) Allows employees to update their personal and basic information in People Profile.

Manager Self Service (MSS) Tools to empower managers to make changes to their employees' job information, initiate work flows, and reward their teams with bonuses:

Time Sheet Widget Easily record planned time and preview daily time recording. Users can tap the widget to launch the SAP SuccessFactors Mobile app to do more detailed work on their time sheet.

Time Off Submit a request for time off. Attachments, such as a doctor's note, can be added to a time off request.

Custom fields are supported. Supported types are:

Payroll Information View pay statements.

Note● Currently, this feature is designed

for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll integration only. Make sure you met corresponding prerequisites and followed the con­figuration steps mentioned in Con­figuring Pay Statement.

● The YTD Gross and YTD Net fields are removed from the Employee Central Payroll Information screen since the release of October 2020.

Benefit Claims Submit benefit claims, attach a photo for the claim documentation, and view history for previous claims.

To create a claim, the following data is availa­ble:

1.3 Performance and Goals

These are the features that are supported for Mobile Performance and Goals. All features are currently available on iOS and Android devices except where otherwise noted.

Goals Add, edit, or remove goals within goal plans. Goal percentage field values above 100% are supported.

Not all goal plan features and fields are supported. Please see the Mobile Goals section in the Goal Management Imple­mentation guide for more information.

Performance Reviews Complete and sign performance reviews. Limited configurations are supported. Please see the Mobile Performance Man­agement Feature Support section in the Performance Management v12 Accelera­tion guide for more information.

Latest Continuous Performance Manage­ment (CPM)

● Create and manage CPM activities● Mark an activity as an achievement● View and manage achievements● Link activities to performance or de­

360 Reviews Internal raters can provide ratings and comments on Goals and Competencies or decline to participate.

2. If a customer is relying on the user to authenti­cate with LinkedIn (which is cookie based), then SSO with the mobile app will not work and the user will be prompted to login every time.

If you are not using a verified OCN provider, please remem­ber that not all OCN provider content has been built to ren­der on a mobile device, so content rendering issues should be brought to the OCN provider.

Careers We support the ability to access an inter­nal career site, powered by SAP Success­Factors Recruiting Marketing, from the Mobile app. We currently do not support SSO.

We do not support the internal career site powered by SAP SuccessFactors Recruit­ing Management.
