Requirements
Replicable Project
What is It?An organised collection of binders and spreadsheets for saving data and other
info These are simply laid out and easily
accessible via physical paperwork and in our network.
Tools for new & current staff members Easily used and provide a place to put new
information (especially in regard to volunteers and groups).
A new way to stay organisedIt will enable future staff to learn about CCCO, and aid in gaining familiarity with our
program,
Purpose/Where this came from… “When I first started…” “When new people come…” “When other staff leave and most of the
information was all in their head…” Things can be really CONFUSING!!! (& many of
us had a lot of questions that there were no concrete answers for)
. . . & then I realised . . .
WE NEED A NEW WAY TO SHARE INFO! This project is to facilitate the ever
changing nature of our staff and volunteers and help provide new ways of keeping information readily available for all.
