• June Cycle:– Enrollment Attendance File – collects Attendance Hours used to calculate ADA, for Special Ed purposes ADA is used in the Current Expenditure per ADA for High Need Funds.

– Student Core File – collects Migrant, LEP, and Homeless data


What reports do you get funding for?

• October Cycle:– Student Core File – collects Immigrant and LEP data

– Assignment Files – Career Ed Salary Reimbursement, Perkins funding, and Enhancement Grants, Early Childhood Special Ed Funding

• December Cycle:– Student Core File – collects LEP data, Dec 1st Child Count is used to determine Early Childhood Special Education Program Maintenance Amount

• February Cycle:– Student Core File – collects Free and Reduced Lunch count data
