The H130® is a light single-engine helicopter including all the latest technology and a

roomy modular cabin that can accommodate 1 pilot plus up to 6/7 passengers.

It is the quietest helicopter on the market: its Fenestron® tail rotor and automatic variable

rotor speed control result in a significantly reduced external sound level.

The Turbomeca Arriel 2D turbine engine, which includes a new generation dual-channel

FADEC (Full Automatic Digital Engine Control) system with a third independent and

automatic back-up channel, provides increased power. Integrated VFR equipment

coupled with a Global Positioning System (GPS) are standard for day and night missions.

All H130 systems are newly improved and very easy to maintain.

Thanks to its formidable visibility, quietness, comfort, performance and safety, this

versatile helicopter is a key member of Airbus Helicopters’ Ecureuil® family.

The H130 is particularly suitable for passenger transportation, as well as for EMS, law

enforcement and aerial work missions.

Designed for Your MissionsThe outstanding cabin space of the H130 and its large doors on both sides makes the H130 the air medical service platformof choice. The H130 cabin answers to the most demanding emergency treatment requirements and provides the medicalcrew full access to the patient’s head and to its whole body to guaranty lifesaving and/or emergency treatments like CPR.The cabin offers space for one patient, one or two pilots and up to three crew members or pax.

The H130 sets a new reference in cabin space within the singleengine aircraft class.There is already a wide choice of different EMS STC kits existing which are already certified or underdevelopment/concept phase. The H130 has extended its versatility to Aerial work missions thanks to an increased external loadcapacity (1,500 kg – 3,307 lb) and a list of new optional equipment such as cargo-sling.The ARRIEL 2D engine, more powerful and capable of 30 minutes take-off power rating for occasionaluse, offers high performance and allows operations in hot and high conditions even in mountainousenvironments.

The high performance of the H130 allows for easy sling operations. The pilothas increased visibility for long line operations when seated in the energy-absorbing seat on the left side of the cabin.

Thanks to the VEMD, the pilot can concentrate more on the mission: an audiblewarning is emitted when the engine reaches its first limitation. During loadtransportation, the H130 remains remarkably stable thanks to the design of itslanding gear and the large horizontal stabilizer, combined with its large cabin.

The Fenestron ensures safety for personnel on the ground and prevents the tailrotor blades from hitting obstacles when landing or manoeuvring in confinedareas.

This multi-mission helicopter is the right answer for operators that want to combine cargo-load operations and passengertransport mission. The new individual energyabsorbing rear seats can be easily and quickly removed for offering a largeflat floor cabin for freight transportation.
