We’ve identified opportunities that can be successfully commercialised from the emerging hemp industry. Our innovative technologies use hemp to permanently store
carbon dioxide above ground in an efficient & cost-effective manner.

Awards (under the name Cybannac).
Obstacles to Growth in Hemp Industry Processing hemp and building housing and commercial structures in the traditional manner is slow, expensive and inefficient. MIRRECO™ Solutions
• Processing Machines – We’ve designed a specialised machine that can process
the hemp plant into separate particulate items. The company intends to manufacture, sell and/or own and operate a fleet of mobile machines to process hemp onsite at relevant farming locations, creating a number of employment opportunities
• Building Products - We provide solutions for residential housing and commercial applications using hemp that are highly performing & easy to produce with features including:
o Manufacturing - The traditional method of processing and curing hemp for building purposes (hempcrete) can be reduced from many days to less than an hour using our innovative new process.
o Above Ground Carbon Capture - Our CAST® products can permanently store large volumes of CO2.
o Power Generation - Our CAST® wall panels are integrated with windows developed by ClearVue Technologies that convert light into electricity.
Objectives – The next 6-12 months
• Build a preproduction prototype processing machine to demonstrate the company’s capabilities within the agricultural sector.
• Launch our prototype Lumecast® Carbon-Neutral, Blockchain ready, Passive Hemp Home that includes innovative technologies from our strategic partners. Lumecast® will be used to demonstrate our capabilities within the housing sector with a view to securing contracts to supply to builders and construction firms.
• Set up our processing machines for demonstration, sale and operations. • An R & D, Product Development, Hemp Processing & Manufacturing hub is already
set up in Australia. Our next step is to expand nationally and overseas. • Expand the company’s management, engineering & administration teams. • Build awareness of hemp within the wider community and secure further
agreements from farmers for the supply of hemp.
• Continue further research and development of hemp products and business consulting services.
