Transfers of appropriationsIn accordance with Article 27(4) of the Financial Regulation, the Council of the European Unionhad notified the budgetary authority of the approval of transfers of appropriations DEC 11/2016,DEC 12/2016, DEC 13/2016, DEC 14/2016, DEC 15/2016, DEC 16/2016, DEC 17/2016, DEC18/2016, DEC 19/2016 and DEC 20/2016 - Section III – Commission.
