committed to the process.
Review your Monthly goals at least once per week. This will help
you stay on track and make sure that your actions are aligned with
what you need to accomplish.

Question to Ask: What actions to I need to take today to accomplish
what I need to this week?
Tips:
This is the KEY to success: Daily, consistent activities that will
keep you always moving FORWARD.
Make your daily goals ACTION oriented, not result oriented. You
cannot control the results, only your actions. Consistent action
leads to results!

Once you are staying consistent and crushing your goals, it is crucial
to your success that you stay motivated and avoid burnout.
The key to avoiding burnout is to take a break ONE day per week. Put
your phone in the drawer, change up your daily routine, spend time
with the people you love or doing something you enjoy.
One day off a week will renew you mentally, physically and
emotionally so you can continue to make progress towards your
goals!
