Cornerstone’s Vision 2017-2027:
To reach and disciple 3000 converts;
develop them toward spiritual
maturity, as evidenced by discipling others, making wise decisions
consistently and managing their
lives and households effectively.
Thank you for joining us ONLINE today. We count it an honor to have you worship in your homes with us. If you are watching us for the first time, please send us an email to [email protected] and let us know you watched. Our staff will respond to you and assist you with any questions you may have. Thank you for visiting us today! ~ Dr. & Mrs. Wm. Dwight McKissic, Sr.
We are looking for volunteers to work in a variety of areas within our media ministry. Training is available for most positions and we will work with you before you’re left to handle things alone. We need help with the video aspect of our ministry. We’re looking for people currently able to edit, create, and shoot video. If you’re interested in serving, email Tim Meekins at [email protected].
We are looking for people willing to serve on our E-Church (digital church) team. These workers help monitor and engage with our online church service. We also need workers for our social media team. If you’re interested in one of these ministries, send an email to Veronica Griffith at [email protected].

Our Legal Panel and Roundtable Event is designed to provide vital information to help people solve problems that may stem from COVID19 and societal unrest, including landlord/tenant law, employment law, education law, criminal law, estate law, and others. With that in mind, we have decided to move forward with the 2020 Legal Panel and Roundtable event on June 27 from 9 am to noon. However, the format will virtual (via Zoom), rather than in-person. We have access to a Zoom account that will allow each attorney to give a 5 minute overview of his or her talking points during the in-troductory portion of the event, and then to break-out into chat rooms for a period of time to allow for more in-depth discussions with the participants.
Sue Allen – Employment Law – (workplace discrimination/layoffs/unemployment benefits) Gwinda Burns - Criminal Law (safety during protests/responding to police misconduct) Jesse Gaines – Housing Law (hardship and paying rent/disputes between buyers and sellers) Marilyn Garner – Bankruptcy options during economic crisis Tawana Gray - Probate Law (Caring for elderly parents in nursing homes during the pandemic, including
