BRIEF INTRODUCTIONWe, CPIL (M/s Christian Pfeiffer India Pvt. Limited) is a Joint Venture Company between M/s
Christian Pfeiffer Maschinenfabrik GmbH, Germany & M/s Chanderpur Works Private Limited
with an equal equity Participation of 50:50.
M/s Christian Pfeiffer India Pvt Ltd shall be catering to the various needs of Cement & Power
Industries.
The product range starts from Ball Mill, Dynamic Separator, Diaphragm for Ball Mill & other
associated equipments for the FGD plants as well as cement plants.
CPI Shall be manufacturing key technological products in workshop of its Indian parent company i.e.

ROLE OF CHRISTIAN PFEIFFER IN FGD Christian Pfeiffer is main supplier for Limestone Slurry Preparation System.
Limestone Slurry is heart of FGD.
During the planning phase we will go through all the important parameters using semi-industrial tests,simulation systems and laboratory analysis of the materials in order to develop the perfect solution forgrinding plants.
Every FGD EPC Supplier has it’s own requirement for Product fineness say some suppliers haverequirement of Product Size as 90% passing 325 mesh, Some have requirement of 90% passing 200mesh depending upon their technology.
Any variation in Product Size and density can affect efficiency of the system.
Our solution for wet grinding system proves their worth in many areas of application . no matter whatbase material you use. When work with us , the finished product is characterized by highest possiblequality and efficiency.

• The ball mill is a horizontal tube, rotating around its horizontalaxis
• The tube / shell is protected by liners, made of wear resistant rubber liners
• The rotating tube is filled with grinding media• The grinding balls are lifted by the rotation of the tube causing
the comminution effect by crushing and attrition
• The power consumption of a ball mill is determined by diameter and length of the mill, as well as the filling degree and rotation speed and not by the throughput / grinding capacity
