A 59-year old woman su�ered collapse and subluxation of the metatarsal-cuneiform joint and the navicular-cunieform joint with subluxed right �rst metatarsophalangeal joint. 13 weeks after the surgical operation. The medial column was perfectly fused by compression arthrodesis.

A 62-year-old women presented with left ankle fracture caused by falling. The fracture was wrapped by BonAidTM Periosteum strip and �xed with plate Fig (a, b). At 10 weeks fracture completely fused.

Bone Void Filling in Benign Bone Tumor

Non-Union

A 28 year-old man had a bone tumor near the tibial plateau. Tumor size was 2×3×3 cm. After surgical tumor removal, 4cm3 of BonGold™ and 4cm3 of autograft were implanted. 3 months after surgery, new bone was ingrown and showed no collapse of the tibial plateau.

A 32 year-old man broke his left tibia and �bula in a car accident. Unfortunately, the fractures had not healed 15 months after surgery. During secondary surgery, BonGold™ granules were used in combination with autograft bone marrow in tibia and the nonunion reached satisfactory clinical healing in just a few months. The progressive healing is shown in radiographs below.

Cervical Interbody FusionA 42 year-old woman with a 4-year history of cervical spondylosis su�ered from incomplete paraplegia. After intervertebral fusion was conducted using BonGold™ granules of 1.5 cm3. Cervical body fused 14 weeks post surgery.

Total Hip Arthroplasty RevisionA 65 year-old man developed loosening of femoral components 6 years after surgery. Hip CT scan and 3-D reconstruction graphs showed bone defects of the proximal femur (A-C). BonGold™ grafts were used to reconstruct the bone defects. Radiographs taken in the 12th month (D) showed that the proximal femur bone grafts were remodeled well.
