Hence, Director Mejos recom mends fhe following : 1. All Election Officers are allocated a fixed anount af Php25,000.00 or Fhp30,000.00 as the Commission may decide; 2. An additional amount is added to thl base amount of Php25,000.00 ar Php30,000.00 based on land area or registered voters whichever is lower; 3. Additional amount for island cities and municipalities; and 4. Maximum amount of Php40,000.CI0 is fixed, this means that if after adding all the allocations stated above and the total exceeds Php40,00A.00 the Election Officer wilt be given a maximum amount of Php40,000.00. This pertains to the Memorandum dated March 13, 2013 of Acting

On March 13, 2013, Director Mejos submitted the revised

computation on the mobilization fund taking into consideration the fixed

amount of P30,000.00 with a cap of P40,000.00 for Election Officers, and the

recommendation of Acting Executive Director Sinocruz on the correct number

of Assistant Regional Election Directors and Regional Election Directors as

embodied in his foregoing memorandum, summarized as follows:

After due deliberation, the Commission RESOLVED, as it hereby

RESOLVES, to approve the proposed mobilization fund for COMELEC field

officials in connection with the May 13, 2013 National and Local Elections,

in the total amount of Sixty Six Million Nine Hundred Ninety FiveThousand One Hundred Pesos (Php66,995,100:00) as subrnitted by FSD

Director Eduardo D. Mejos, subject to proper liquidation, to wit:

1. That all Election Officers shall be allocated a fixed amount of

Thirty Thousand Pesos (Php30,000.00), subject to the following:

An additional amount shall be added to the base amount of

Thirty l'housand Pesos (Php30,000.00) based on land area or

registered voters whichever is lower;

An additional amount shall be allocated for island cities and

municipalities;

A fixed maximum amount of Forty Thousand Pesos

(P1rp40,000.00) shall be given to an Election Officer after

adding all the allocations as stated above.

That the corresponding mobilization fund for the Provincial Election

Supervisors, Assistant Regional Election Directors and Regional

Election Directors shall be as follows:
