These responsibilities carried the complexities of a city mayoral staff relationship as well as the relationships between the numerous agencies associated with the installation servicing over 35 thousand Soldiers and civilian personnel. Established a Human Resources University to bridge the gap through talent management and education to better help with understanding and functionality of the organization as a whole. Resourced an Army Division comprised of 28 thousand personnel into an already functioning infrastructure at Fort Bliss to enhance personnel capabilities as well as combat power. Worked closely with the Installation Management Command to shape the Army’s Sponsorship Program. Educational Initiatives: Chaired a committee which was focused on bringing education to Soldiers while maximizing benefits of colleges being located on post and at unit areas. Established Spanish as a second language platform at Fort Bliss which facilitated a smooth transition for Soldiers and civilians who were new to the city of El Paso. International Instructor/Facilitator: While assigned to the Army’s elite Special Forces 10th Group, responsible for building the curriculum as well as instructing the fundamentals of organizational HR mechanics, in several European countries and other countries around the world.
