GENERAL INFORMATION1. Member's Social Security number, full name, rank and

duty address together with the order submission date,must be included with any correspondence and/orremittance for mail orders to Catalog Mail Order Points.

2. Checks or money order payments should be made outin the full name of the Catalog Mail Order Point, toinclude the name of the Command and location.

3. Full payment (including postage) must be submittedprior to order processing, unless the Uniform ClothingDeferred Payment Plan (UCDPP) or a charge card(Master, Visa, American Express or Discover card) isselected for payment. Purchases made through theUCDPP will be in accordance with the arrangementsestablished under a signed agreement.

4. Sizes, color and item description must be furnished withorders that require these elements.

5. Uniforms that normally require alterations will beshipped at sell price minus the normal markup foralterations. All items of uniform will be shipped withoutalterations. Marine Corps Order PI 0120.28 (individualclothing regulations) paragraph 1404.6 providesinstructions on alteration expenses for DSCP (issuetype) clothing sold through mail order.

6. Unless otherwise specified, uniforms and accessorieswill be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of order. Insome instances it may be necessary to special ordersizes, such as shoes, etc. There will be some delay forthese shipments.

7. Merchandise returned for credit must be returned within30 days after receipt. Merchandise, which has beenaltered, is not returnable.

8. A military mail order catalog price list is providedunder separate cover. It should only be used toestimate pricing, as prices are subject to changewithout notice. For current pricing, contact theCatalog Mail Order Point to which the order will bplaced.

9. All items sold through this catalog are approved fsale to individual Marines by the Commandant ofthe Marine Corps and bear approved serialnumbers.

10. Marine Corps Uniforms, both Commercial andDSCP, (issue type) may be purchased on eitherMaster, Visa, American Express or Discover credcards, as well as the Uniform Clothing DeferredPayment Plan. DSCP items are sold at theprevailing DSCP cost price.
