BACKGROUND• Business organization trend (borderless business area among the nation

and technology changing have been push the firms to be more flexible, more results-focused, and more fast-acting.

• Personnel capability trend more and more personnel with both of military and business background is needed. Companies are finding that such initiatives require able leadership, and the challenge for organizations and business schools alike is to help build effective leadership both in the next generation of managers and throughout the organization today.

• The programs are experiential learning include programs that range from training experiences with the Indonesian Elite Forces and Business Best Practice blended.

• Leadership Ventures are a set of outdoor experiential leadership development, giving participants to engage in sets of hands on experiences for exploring and mastering the capabilities for effective individual and team leadership in business and beyond.

• Using an expeditionary format, the ventures are intended to assist participants in improving their capacities to think strategically, communicate effectively, and act decisively. They are designed to foster forward thinking, a bias for action, risk awareness, and rapid decision-making.
