Conclusion
My strength comes in years of hands on experience. I have started in the lowest position of the Ready Mix business and worked my way up to a General Manager position.
I am very trustworthy and positive. I am always looking for better ways to serve the customers, deliver a better product and ways to reduce the cost of materials and overhead.
Working in Myanmar for a year has helped me to understand what it is like to operate a Ready Mix company in South East Asia and some of the difficulties associated with being in a foreign country.
