These clientcontract values, over a ten year term, are in excess of $110 million. Major accomplishments include:

Activities includecollaborating with client management on investigation of needs, solution design, monitoring SIS services delivery and managingoverall executive level client relationship. Management functions included: EnterpriseNetwork Services, IBM AS/400 & Unisys 2200 mainframe technical support, computer operations & production control, help deskand budget management. Responsible for organizing, controlling, and optimizing the capital and operating budget ($12 million)technology infrastructure usage, support processes and human resources. Major accomplishments include:

    Organized and co-managed an IT outsourcing engagement with CSC IT outsourcing firm;

    Provided project management for the design and deployment of technology infrastructure within a new manufacturing plant,administration facility and data center.
