Kambojas used to live in Kabul valley (The word Kabul is believed to have derived from Kabuj where Kabuj might have derived from Kamboj), Swat valley, Hindkesh mountains (Northern Parts of Present-day Pakistan) and Kashyap-mere (Kashmir valley) and Eastern Persia (Eastern Iran or regions of Khorasan, Sistan, Baluchistan and Sindh).
