• OU is in the progress of migrating from legacy system to Sungard Banner student system.

• Mainframe reporting methods will stop in use and be replaced by PC based reporting.

IR Challenges

• Mainframe uses the predefined reports which can not meet the increasing needs for ad hoc reporting.
