Simple and straight forward, the client hands us a specific project. Thorough requirement analysis, Project Plan and Price Quotation is submitted to the client. With the approval of the Client the project sets off promptly. The project follows its milestones and hand over due materials to the client for approval in various steps through out the project. It’s a perfect model for organizations not having continuous requirements. The cost in this model is based on the duration and complexity of the work at hand.
Perfect for clients with continuous work flow, in this model dedicated resources are assigned for the client. The resource works exclusively on the projects for the client. Based on the need and work flow, the client can adjust the FTEs/resources as per their requirement. The FTE will devote an average of 150 hours / month. Regular timesheets for each resource are submitted to the client for review.
