Ecocomputer SLEcocomputer S.L. is a technology company, founded in 1999, and specialized in the development of railways transport solutions, access control and time & attendance systems, and software for health and pharmaceutical industry.
In the field of security, we have extensive experience in the planning, design, development, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of access control and time & attendance systems.
We have developed our own access and time & attendance software platform, under the trademark ACTAIS®. Its modular design and our deep industry knowledge, allows us to continually evolve this product, to create specific applications, and to adapt the system to the customer’s needs, participating from the definition of the project. Besides, our software is highly adaptable to hardware already in use.
In addition to the global platform, we have developed several applications for specific sectors:

f ACTAIS® TA: time & attendance.
f ACTAIS® WFM: workforce management.
f ACTAIS® Patrol: rounds control.

Finally, apart from being the product developers, we perform the integration and maintenance of both our own and third party’s installations, either security systems (access, CCTV, intercom, PA) and communications systems (VoIP, LAN/WAN, SDH/PDH networks) on clients of any field and SLA.

ACTAIS® AC Access Control
ACTAIS® AC ` ACTAIS® AC (Access Control) is a platform for the
access control of persons and vehicles to facilities of any kind, in particular: industrial facilities, harbor facilities, stations, buildings, offices, commercial premises, restricted access rooms, etc.
f In-house system, customizable and adaptable to the requirements of each client, because no two needs are the same.
f Variety of access hardware: the system is, basically, hardware-independent, we constantly integrate new devices to our communications protocol.
f On-line and off-line operation. The system works on-line except if there is a failure in communications or the central database.
f Turnkey systems: we take care of the entire project if the customer wants, including: design, civil works, installation, functional adaptation, commissioning, training, and subsequent maintenance.
Highlights:
System includes the management of elements (barriers, doors, turnstiles, traffic lights, induction loops, license plate recognition and all kinds of access control devices), and it allows access via several identification mechanisms (EM125 or Mifare tags, active RFID, passive RFID, fingerprint biometrics, license plate, electronic ID cards).
Main modules:ACTAIS® AC BackOffice
It is the tool that defines the entire system: staff, access permissions for the installation, means of identification, etc. With this application it is possible to make queries to access registry, to sign in new staff, to customize parameters, to generate reports, etc.
ACTAIS® AC Backoffice allows the definition of companies, users, vehicles and means of identification, as well as the physical elements of the installation.
There are permissions by user and group of users that allows to grant or deny the access based on: Calendar, timetable, access door, number of allowed daily accesses.
The system can generate incidents according to some parameters. Administrators can analyze such incidents and justify, unlock, or block a user’s later access based on the information received.
ACTAIS® AC FrontOffice
This is the module used by the access service operators. The complete installation is shown in a general plan that allows us to know the access situation of each door. From each gate access on both lanes are shown, and alerts are reflected via icons that show the status of the physical elements installed in the control panel.
Among other features, it allows management in each lane of: manual entry or exit authorization, lock-down or emergency status, access queries via filters, display of associated cameras, etc.

ACTAIS® AC Mobile
Either for the operator’s work needs or for the company organization, sometimes it is not possible to operate the system from where the ACTAIS® AC FrontOffice application is installed.
ACTAIS® AC Mobile has been developed to facilitate the mobility of the operators, accessing from their phone or mobile terminal to the system’s main features: facility status, gate control, alerts, accesses, etc.
Thanks to its versatility, this system guarantees monitoring from any location in a simple manner.
Totems and access terminals:
Access control projects often require a high customization to meet the needs of each facility.
For this purpose, Ecocomputer has its own design totem, for outdoor use (manufactured in AISI 316), with a customizable panel and with single or double height (for cars and industrial vehicles).
In these totems the elements that are required in each case are installed: access terminals (own or third party) with their identification peripherals (Mifare, EM125, DNIe, QR), intercom devices, cameras, etc.

ACTAIS® SmartLock ` ACTAIS SmartLock is an innovative system that
replaces padlocks and all types of conventional mechanical closures by a single intelligent access control system.
For security reasons, locks also store the last access records.
It is possible to choose between a variety of locks and padlocks of different measures for all types of applications; cylinder for doors, locks for cabinets, display cabinets or vending machines. Thanks to the quality of their materials, these locks are suitable both for interior and exterior areas.
Each user of an electronic key has permissions on some certain locks, in the days and schedule set. Thus, it is possible that a user can open a door from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, while another user has access at any time. Permissions can be revoked or extended at any time, by means of a mobile app and an NFC phone. Unlike other systems where it is common that locks keep the events, the information in this system is kept by the key.

ACTAIS® TA has some optional modules such as the following:
Employee zone
It allows the employees to manage their requests, permissions, exchange of turns, and check the status of approval. The approval is multi-level and customizable for each type of application.
With this module the employees can check their annual planning (shift, work center), and their clocking in/out, as well as to request the supervisor a modification (for example, request a forgotten clock in).
The clocking in/out is also possible online from an employee PC. It is oriented to mobility scenarios, temporary locations, or offices with very few users, avoiding the installation cost of a physical terminal.
ACTAIS® TA ` ACTAIS® TA (Time & Attendance) is the
application that allows the management of the time & attendance of employees through the definition of their shifts and the work schedule.
The web tool allows you to define the organizational structure (single or multi-entity sites or companies).
The employee can clock in/out through physical terminals like the TA1001, a powerful Android device with 7’’ touch screen, and Mifare card and fingerprint identification.
ACTAIS® T.A. Time & Attendance
Collective bargaining agreement management
It allows you to manage specific variables for different groups within your company, such as annual work hours, holidays (natural or working, number of days to enjoy, additional days by seniority) or other types of absences or benefits. It contains custom reports and it is integrated with the employee zone to validate requests for employees.

Set of web services to perform an agile integration with payroll and ERP’s management tools.

ACTAIS® WFM Workforce management
ACTAIS® WFM ` ACTAIS® WFM (Workforce Management) is the
application that adds a layer of control over the needs of human resources in an organization. The clocking in/out of the employee is not required, but ACTAIS® TA module serves as a base.
Defines the coverage of each Department, area, or headquarters, within the organization, i.e., the number of employees who must be present every day, in such a way that the application generates alerts when there is a default.
For example, if an employee is absent for a week and defined coverage is not met, the application will display the status of the Department, the strip of time that does not comply with provisions, and the manager will be able to cover these shifts with another employee (with just two clicks of the mouse).
The application also includes capacity management, which allows you to define which employees are trained to make shifts or replacements in other departments. This way, if you must cover an employee downward, ACTAIS® WFM will only display available staff who have the skills for that position in the Department.
That way, the application makes much easier the departments planning, showing the status of each section - on the selected dates - in a very visual way, and providing simple but powerful tools for its management.

The employee whose movements will be controlled must have Android mobile phone with NFC technology.
The employee, through that device, will register its presence in a certain location by bringing the Smartphone closer to a proximity tag fixed somewhere in the facility. Signings data are stored on a server.
ACTAIS® Patrol Guard System ` ACTAIS® Patrol Guard System (Guard Patrolling)
is the application designed to control rounds, to access control to premises and, in general, to trace the movement of any person by predefined points, accessing this information in real time.
These data are accessible through a web-based Backoffice. The information can be displayed filtered based on the user permissions. That way, the supervisors would only see the signings of his team staff, while the service manager would see all the signings made. Each employee under control could only see their own signings.
The manager could add and configure the system users, add tags to the facility, etc., from his own Smartphone. When adding new users, the manager will assign the signing mode: by input/output, a set round, a free round.

ACTAIS® Traffic ` ACTAIS® Traffic is an application to manage
access to Areas with Residential Priority and Old Towns. It allows the sanctioning of vehicles circulating within the defined area without the relevant authorization.
The action is based on the installation of a control system through license plate recognition cameras, so that a sanctioning file is automatically proposed in the Local Police when an unauthorized vehicle accesses the specified streets that constitute access to the Priority Area Residential. Optionally, traffic lights can be implemented to inform whether the circulation of the vehicle is allowed (vehicles without specific authorization), based on day and time..

ACTAIS® Automation Remote controlling and monitoring
ACTAIS® Automation ` ACTAIS® Automation is a web platform for
remote controlling and monitoring of electrical, electronic and computer equipment of rooms, enclosures, stations, buildings and different infrastructures.
ACTAIS® Automation centralizes and integrates in a single application the display, programming of tasks, and management in real-time of remote devices such as:
f Automatic doors, turnstiles, roller blinds, barriers, and other locking mechanisms.
f Lighting.
f PIR movement sensors, temperature, etc.
f Switchboards.
f Alarms.
f Others.
ACTAIS® Automation avoids the need for human intervention in repetitive operations to open and close gates, switching lighting systems on or off, etc. while ensuring the centralized supervision of unmanned locations by a single operator.
The activation of alerts allows instantly detection of faults due to device failure, incomplete tasks, or out-of-range values, improving the response time for solving problems.
ACTAIS® Automation enables the development of custom drivers to integrate new elements with specific features or elements already installed at the facilities.
This system is multi-platform and it allows to manage users and roles, to define different levels of access.

of waste facilities, such as recycling centers and eco-parks, and waste transfer stations.

ACTAIS® Survey ` ACTAIS® Survey is an application to collect
and analyze the level of satisfaction, shopping experience, and customers thoughts and evaluation of services and facilities.
The data extracted will allow you to draw conclusions that will help your company to develop better market strategies.
General features:
f Our surveys can be shown in different ways: Totem located on the facilities, User mobile devices accessing with QR codes, Plugins in websites.
f Multi-level and customizable surveys. Define the questions and the locations where they will be performed.
f Consultation of general or statistics for each location. Different types of statistics: By type of valuation, by locations, by periods of time (Daily, Weekly, Monthly ...), hourly distributions, etc.
f Generating alerts for BackOffice users. Users will be able to receive notifications whenever configurable conditions are fulfilled from the BackOffice as the index of satisfaction of a location descends of a set value, each time that evaluations of a certain type are received, etc.
f Reporting. Get conclusions from the data extracted from the surveys.
