Grade 9 learner Luke Barkhuizen competed in the South African BMX Championships and was ranked number 9 in South Africa

Geoffrey Ellis (right) won the USN MTB cup in his age category and he came 4th in his age category in the inter-provincial cross coun-try MTB.

Midstream mini-marathon, ‘n 5km marathon wat by die College se atletiekbaan begin en by die Midfield Oval eindig.
Die kategoriewenners was Tamryn Talmage (junior meisie), Anneri Greyling (senior meisie), Markus van der Westhuizen (junior seun) en Thabiso Ramalope (senior seun).

ONDERWYSERS WYS FIKSHEID Me Mia Aucamp en mnr John Acres het die Comrades marathon in Junie aangedurf.
Midstream College het die nuus bekend gemaak dat daar na ‘n soektog sedert Mei die jaar die nuutste Midstream Idol ge-kroon is.
Na verskeie uitdunne is daar vyf junior sangers en vyf senior sangers aangewys wat op ‘n gala-aand voor kritiese beoorde-laars moes optree. Benewens dat sang-talent getoets is, is daar van die aspirant sangers verwag om die storie-agter-die-storie met ‘n aantal kritici te deel.
Die beoordelaars is self gesiene profes-sionele sangers en
kan getuig dat die Mid-stream Idol program gespreek het van tal-ent. Die beoordelaars

‘n Onderafdeling van die kompetisie was om die beste aanbie-ders vir die gala-aand te vind. Die eer om op die laaste aand die verrigtinge te lei het Matthew Rimmer en Tondani Ndou te beurt geval.
Agter die skerms is onderhoude met
die finaliste gevo-er deur Chantelle Minnie, Annerine Niemand en Marike Karstel. Die inligting wat tydens die onder-houde verwerf is sou ook tot die uitslag by-dra.
En na maande se beoordeling en ‘n genotvolle finale aand
