•Organizers and volunteers have captured the on-the-ground experiences of thousands of consumers
• 70% have yet to attempt to enroll

• African Americans and Latinos report the least success enrolling
• Latinos are generally much less likely to attempt to enroll (78% are reporting not having attempted)
• Only 27% of young adults 18-34 attempted to enroll, versus 39% of older adults 55-64

•Over 8 out of 10 consumers in our chase program pledged to enroll by December 23rd
•When asked how they plan to sign up before the deadline:
• Going to a local assister is the most popular (37%), followed by online (33%) and the hotline (23%)
• Those who have attempted to enroll but had website issues still prefer signing up online (45%), followed by a local assister (27%) and the hotline (25%)
